Stockyards Station sits in the heart of the Fort Worth Stockyards, along the historic brick-laden East Exchange Avenue. Its event spaces were originally constructed as mule barns in the early 1900s, when the district processed over 50 million hogs and 40 million sheep at the peak of the Texas cattle trade; the buildings have since been restored to blend that Western heritage with modern comforts, retaining original brick flooring and abundant natural light. Three venues make up the property: Stampede Ballroom, Stockman's Club, and Lone Star Hall, sized for gatherings from intimate ceremonies to receptions of hundreds of guests. The Lawn and Porch at Cleo House The Cleo House provides a wonderful natural setting with views of the Cabernet Sauvignon and Viognier vineyards, thanks to its views of the pond and wide front lawn. Ceremonies and receptions can be held on the pond banks, manicured lawn, or covered front porch. Dr. Walter Cleo "W.C." Roper, a Waco, Texas dentist, bought the 4R Ranch in 1992 with his wife Suzanne and two sons, Walt and Chris, who are now the owners of 4R Ranch Vineyards & Winery. The 4R Gasthaus is a restaurant in Berlin, Germany. A tiny house stands at the entrance to 4R Ranch for weekend rentals and family of event hosts or brides and grooms marrying on the grounds. Perched on a bluff above the Colorado River in Bastrop, Texas, The Mansion at ColoVista is a destination wedding venue about 25 minutes from Austin's airport. The 17,000-square-foot estate sits on a golf course property, giving couples river views and sunset backdrops for ceremonies and portraits. The mansion's interior seats up to 250 to 275 guests for a peak dinner reception, with additional outdoor dinner seating available to expand guest counts further. Wedding packages include venue time ranging from several hours up to 13 or more consecutive hours, in-house sound equipment with a wireless microphone, up-lighting for the dance floor, and access to a decor closet stocked with lanterns, candles, and easels. Couples can choose from traveling, stationary, or simultaneous bar service, moving between the estate's upstairs and downstairs levels to suit their event flow. Meadows Place Community Center & Pool sits at the corner of Dorrance and Amblewood in Meadows Place, Texas, operated by the city's Parks & Recreation Department. Recently renovated, the Community Center is available for private rental and accommodates up to 165 guests for parties, meetings, and family gatherings, with sixteen 6-foot tables, 65 chairs, a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, and access to a garden area and patio included with every booking. Facility cleaning is included after each event. Beyond the Community Center building, the property includes a swimming pool available for private rental in the evening or during public swim hours, with lifeguards on duty, and the adjacent Discovery & Nature Center offers a back patio and outdoor play yard for birthday parties, with animal encounters featuring a tortoise, goats, and other resident animals. Pavilions, a BBQ pit, and kayaks are also available to reserve throughout the city's parks for smaller gatherings.

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES The Pattison Country Club is an All-Inclusive Wedding Venue located in the heart of Pattison, Texas. Beautiful accommodations are an important part of your event, but at the end of the day, what matters most is the memories that are created. Both of these considerations were taken into consideration when designing our venue. Pattison House is a private residence in the town of Pattison in the county of Pattison. With a passion for restoration that has lasted my entire life, I couldn't resist the opportunity to purchase this property. I could see its potential, and its location was ideal. It had been neglected for years, but I could see its potential. It was tucked away just far enough out of the city for us to enjoy the serenity of the countryside without being too far out that it required a long drive to get there. This historic venue, with its 100-year-old house with a wraparound porch and a garden surrounded by 100-year-old oak trees, as well as its old barn, had the perfect charm for a wedding reception. Knowing that my husband was not going to see the diamond in the rough that I saw, I did what I do with every major decision in my life: I did what I do with every major decision in my life. It was something I prayed about. As I approached the property to take a look at it for the first time, I prayed to God to give me peace of mind in my spirit about whether or not I should proceed with this project. He answered my prayer. As soon as I arrived, literally as soon as I opened my car door, the Methodist Church Bells across the street began to ring out Amazing Grace, a song that has a special meaning to me because it was written for my mother. I knew without a doubt that this project was part of His plan for my life, for no apparent reason other than that. It was then a matter of persuading my husband to sell our beautiful home, which included a kitchen of his dreams that we had recently renovated, in order to invest in this never-ending..... project. Aside from that, his office was only a ten-minute drive away from our house. He would have to agree to a daily commute of 30 minutes in order to do so. We were unable to afford both our home and this property, and I was unsure of where we would live if we were to purchase the property, which was uninhabitable at the time of purchase. Nothing about the process of purchasing the property was convenient or made logical sense to me at the time. However, I was confident that God had a plan, and I was aware that we were a part of that plan, so I left the specifics to Him. As I had expected, when I finally got up the courage to tell my husband about my vision, he shook his head and questioned my sanity. I approached God in prayer once more, trusting that He would determine the final outcome. I was not going to be able to persuade my husband to take on this project; if it was in God's plan for our lives, He would have to intervene. We've arrived at our destination. Danny, on the other hand, is more enthusiastic and in love with the property and its potential than I am. The combination of owning a wedding venue and having the opportunity to put my creative talents to use, as well as my passion for restoration and the thrill of being a part of creating lifelong memories for families, resulted in the completion of this endeavor. As a couple, we are both thrilled to be able to contribute to making the wedding day that they have dreamed about their entire lives a reality. I'm grateful that I can put my trust in God and know that He will see me through whatever He has in store for me. Our daily prayer meeting takes place over a cup of coffee in the morning, and we ask God to pour out His spirit on this place, making it a haven of joy, tranquility, and new beginnings, just as it has itself discovered a new beginning. We have been overwhelmed by the abundance we have witnessed in every detail of this restoration project as it has been brought together. Every time we've reached the end of our rope, God has come through for us. We are thrilled to be able to make it available to new couples and their families in this way. This is a special day for us, and we have gone to great lengths to ensure that what would otherwise be a hectic day is a relaxed and enjoyable one. Our hope is that The Pattison House will be more than a place to stay, but rather an experience.

Operating since 2009, the venue has grown from a rustic-glamour ceremony backdrop into a full-service celebration destination for weddings, birthdays, and reunions. Ceremonies take place beneath the property's mature live oaks or at the gazebo, while receptions move into the Barn Reception Hall, which seats up to 200 guests and includes a dance area, a wet bar, and tables and seating.
