Venezia sits directly on the water in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood, where floor-to-ceiling views of Boston Harbor and the city skyline have anchored the restaurant and events venue for over 25 years. The kitchen takes an authentic Italian approach, with handmade pasta, fresh seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients that earned the restaurant a spot on OpenTable's "100 Most Scenic Restaurants in America" list and a 2020 Diner's Choice Award. For private events, the Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 350 guests beneath floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the harbor, with a dance floor for evening celebrations, while the more intimate Waterfront Room seats 50 to 100 for corporate meetings, showers, birthdays, and smaller gatherings. A white marble foyer with a grand mahogany staircase serves as a cocktail-hour gathering point, and has hosted live piano music for arriving guests. Studios at Fischer is a production campus set on nine acres in the Texas Hill Country, conveniently located between Austin and San Antonio. The property brings together two purpose-built facilities: Firefly Sound Studio, a recording studio with two control rooms (Studio A and Studio B) and a live room built into the earth with 12-inch-thick concrete walls, and Dragonfly Media Studio, a 45-by-40-foot soundstage with a 36-by-24-foot seamless cyclorama wall, camera jib, and dolly track for music videos, commercials, films, and photoshoots. Artists working on-site can stay in one of two on-site apartment suites, each with a full kitchen and private bathroom, and take advantage of amenities like a swimming pool between sessions. Studios at Fischer also runs writing retreats, an incubator program for emerging talent, and its own live performance series, Live at SF, bringing musicians together to record and perform on the property.

The Tremont House is a historic hotel in Galveston's Strand Historic District, tracing its roots to a Galveston institution dating to 1839. The current building, once the Leon & H. Blum Building, was constructed in 1879 and restored by George and Cynthia Mitchell in the early 1980s, reopening in 1985 as the first major hotel to open in downtown Galveston in sixty years. Today the hotel offers nearly 17,000 square feet of flexible event space across eight venues, accommodating gatherings from 8 to 800 guests. The Tremont Ballroom, on the upper level of the historic Davidson building, features 14-foot ceilings and access to a balcony overlooking the Galveston Mardi Gras arch, while the Royal Room offers exposed brick and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on historic downtown. Smaller spaces like the Library and Tribune Room suit more intimate ceremonies, and the hotel's Rooftop Bar can be rented in full for weddings and receptions with views of downtown Galveston and the harbor. The hall includes a platform stage, two dressing rooms, a catering area, and a covered patio, with rental furniture such as 60-inch round tables, cocktail tables, and banquet seating included. Moody Mansion is a 28,000-square-foot, four-story historic home in Galveston, completed in 1895 for the Moody family and restored to its turn-of-the-century splendor. Designed by British architect William H. Tyndall and decorated by New York's Pottier & Stymus, the mansion has been a Recorded Texas Historical Landmark since 1967 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1994.
