Our private event space accommodates about 125 guests seated and 175 guests standing. For smaller events of 20 guests and up, we are able to make to the private event space more intimate. We have elevator access for any guests who may need it. Complete with a large living green wall, the space exudes a romantic, intimate yet inviting energy. Our main floor space accommodates 90 guests seated and 120 guests standing, and is available for buyouts. Both of our floors contain a private bar, sound system, and three individual restrooms. For larger events we are able to open both floors for events and we are able to accommodate 200 guests seated, or 300 guests standing. All of our events come complete with a dedicated staff for the duration of the event to ensure the utmost attention.

We built our space to be unique and original in many ways but also very minimalist and interchangeable. Our tasting room is 1,000 sf and the main feature here. Large windows open onto the sidewalk. Grey and concrete dominate the space, with 2 circular bar. One bar is a food corner with a simple kitchen set up good for food catering, pop ups or the DJ booth! Lights are all dimmable to create different moods. The main feature of the space is the large circular bar with 40 taps behind it and a big circular window that overlooks our production space. On tap we have a large selection of our cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), local beers, spirits and wine. There are 2 restrooms, one with handicap access. There is plenty of seating, bar seats, custom bench and circular tables, all can be moved or removed.

For indoor events, we have an open warehouse space, a skylit indoor catering room, and a private mezzanine lounge. Ultimately, the garden is the heart of our space, created as a quiet retreat among plants, birds, insects, and urban wildlife. Tucked in the back of our garden is a discreet wooden "treehouse", perfect for a quiet moment during any event. Carroll Hall and Dameron Architecture were awarded the 2022 AIA New York Design Award Citation for Reclaiming Urban Space. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our very foundation, which uses original bricks and existing ceramic brick walls from the prior warehouse structure, and most of the interior wood is reclaimed. Our beautiful Clubhouse is in every way a home. It was painstakingly repaired after being built in 1900 as a wedding gift for Maria Vanderbilt Shepard and William Jay Schieffelin. Guests and members alike appreciate the environment, which is ageless but not excessive; ideally exquisite yet welcoming. Our staff is kind and helpful, but never overbearing. The Lotos Club's elegant rooms can host a variety of corporate and social events, including an intimate dinner party for eight, a joyous wedding celebration for one hundred guests, and cocktails for 160. Seasonal menus suited to your preferences and event are available from our acclaimed cuisine. Our staff is available to assist you with every aspect, including menus, flowers, and music, so you can rest and enjoy your special day. The elite Grill Room features an Old World/New World ambiance, with classic state dinner menus honoring people who have achieved excellence throughout history at The Lotos Club. The Grill Room can seat up to 75 people for a sit-down dinner and up to 90 people for standing celebrations. The Grill Room can accommodate up to 25 people at one table for an intimate wine meal. Wedding ceremonies, talks, and receptions for up to 75 people are held in the Tennyson Room. It can also accommodate dinner parties of up to 40 people. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 100 guests for wedding receptions, meetings, lectures, and seated lunches. Wedding receptions, cocktail receptions, concerts and talks, as well as seated lunches for up to 50 guests, are all possible at the Library. The Wedgewood Suite is reserved for smaller, more intimate occasions. The Wedgwood Suite consists of the formal 17' x 22' Wedgwood Parlor, which can accommodate up to 20 people for drinks, and the beautiful 18' x 24' Wedgwood Dining Room, which can accommodate up to 30 people for supper. The Directors' Room, located across from the Wedgwood Suite, can seat 30 people for business meetings and 16 people for lunch and dinner. There are many different types of events that can be held at the Parlour. Our spaces have been created to host and accommodate your needs as much as possible. From a small space for a nice dinner party to a medium-sized space for a medium-sized party, or a larger space for a bridal shower, baby shower, engagement party, bar mitzvah, corporate events, beer pong, and more, we have a space to accommodate your needs. The Coffee Bar, which is also known as the Espresso Bar, is located on the left hand side of our restaurant as you enter. Guests can easily accommodate 50 to 60 people in this pleasant and comfortable space. As you enter our restaurant, the main bar is located on the right-hand side of the building. This space has a dining area as well as a cocktail area that can accommodate up to 90 people. This is primarily for a special mid-size event of great significance. There are private bathrooms, a dining area, and a dancing area in our downstairs lounge, which is located in our basement. With appetizers and cocktails, we can accommodate up to 175 guests. For a sit-down dinner, we can accommodate up to 75 people. On request, we can provide a DJ and/or Karaoke services. In addition to our pool table, which serves our customers on a daily basis, the back room can be transformed into an elegant setting for a small private dinner event for up to 25 guests. On request, a small cocktail reception for 35 people can be arranged.

Visitors arrive at Maritime Parc via a stately circular driveway that winds its way around the property. The Milling Room, located in the center of the Upper West Side, serves seasonal, locally sourced American cuisine in a gorgeous sky-lit dining room and a vibrant tavern-inspired bar. The Milling Room, which opened its doors in November 2014, is located in the building that was originally constructed in 1890 as the elegant Endicott Hotel. When the original hotel opened, it was hailed as "the finest and best appointed in this part of the city" and "the finest and best appointed in this part of the city." The hotel was constructed of Pompeian brick and terracotta and included a glass-roofed Palm Room, which has since been replaced by The Milling Room. It was designed by Edward Angell, who also designed numerous other significant buildings on the Upper West Side, and built by Charles A. Fuller. The structure is located on Columbus Avenue between 81st and 82nd Streets, diagonally across from the American Museum of Natural History. For private events at The Milling Room, we offer three different event spaces, THE ENDICOTT ROOM (Capacity: 28 Seated Dinner | 35 Standing Reception), THE MAIN DINING ROOM (Capacity: 100 Seated Dinner with Dance Floor), and THE TAVERN. Hotel Belleclaire is a Beaux-Arts landmark hotel on Manhattan's Upper West Side, opened in 1903 and designed by architect Emery Roth in a distinctive blend of Art Nouveau and Secessionist style. The building received a landmark designation from New York City's Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1987 and completed a multimillion-dollar restoration in 2023 that returned it to its original splendor with modern conveniences throughout. Early guests included Mark Twain, Maxim Gorky, and Babe Ruth. For private events and meetings, the hotel offers three venue options: the Allure Lounge, a 1,560-square-foot space with a 17-foot marble bar, crystal chandeliers, and a skylight ceiling for up to 100 guests; the Broadway Room on the 10th floor, suited for 5 to 60 guests with state-of-the-art AV capabilities and natural light; and the Presidential Suite, an intimate setting for up to 10 guests.
