    • Spaces for 100 Guests

The Inn at Mazama's biggest surprise for planners is its Clubhouse — a newly renovated space that hosts weddings and retreats and doubles as an on-site yoga studio and cafe-style co-working space, all part of a boutique mountain inn in the heart of the Methow Valley. Positioned just steps from the trails, a local store, and a pub, the Inn has managed vacation rental cabins throughout the Methow Valley for over 30 years and pairs 18 guest rooms — spread across eight types, from compact queens to king suites with jetted tubs and cast iron stoves — with nightly rental cabins around Mazama. Guests can unwind in the outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna, or play a set on the pickleball and tennis courts between adventures in the North Cascades. For events, the Clubhouse offers a flexible setting for weddings, yoga retreats, family gatherings, corporate off-sites, and groups of skiers, hikers, and cyclists. The Inn doesn't offer fixed wedding packages, so couples work directly with the property and local vendors to shape a day and budget; catering can be arranged, and small groups may use the Clubhouse kitchen by prior arrangement. Groups booking half or more of the Inn's rooms qualify for special group rates.

    • Spaces for 80-200 Guests

Wide plank wood floors, high ceilings, and soft neutral walls set the tone inside Seabrook Town Hall, where a New England-inspired exterior gives way to a bright, vaulted interior built for gatherings that feel intentional and welcoming. The open floor plan carries that clarity through into how the room works for an event: long banquet tables and seated dinners on one night, a cocktail reception with room for presentations the next, all inside a space that seats up to 80 guests or holds 120 standing. Large doors open onto adjacent outdoor areas, so a toast or cocktail hour can move outside as easily as it stays in, and the venue sits close enough to Seabrook's parks and walking paths that guests are only steps from more of the town once the doors close. The eight-hour rental includes chiavari chairs, event tables, white or black table linens, and full table settings, with setup, breakdown, and on-site support handled by the venue's team. Couples can add a ceremony package with white folding garden chairs and a champagne or Northwest cider toast for arriving guests.

    Wind Mountain Ranch

192 Erickson Rd, Stevenson, WA 98648, USA
    • Spaces for 300 Guests

A charred-timber gathering hall rises at the center of Wind Mountain Ranch's open meadow, its floor-to-ceiling windows framing the Cascade foothills and the forest line beyond. Completed in early 2025, the building takes its shape from the property's original timber cabins, giving the new construction the weathered, Shou Sugi Ban-inspired texture of something that has always belonged on this 22-acre property outside Stevenson, Washington, in the Columbia River Gorge. The ranch has passed through generations as farmland, orchard, and horse property before settling into its current life as a wedding venue, and that history still shows in the seven timber cabins that line its tree edge, each fitted with its own kitchenette, gas fireplace, and front porch. Couples can choose among three outdoor ceremony settings — a lily pond backed by southern mountains, a hilltop overlooking the Columbia River, or a stand of evergreens beneath windswept peaks — before gathering in the new indoor space for a reception, with room for up to 175 guests. Weddings here come with a personal venue coordinator who works with couples up to six months out, a curated collection of furniture included at no extra rental fee, and the freedom to bring in any outside vendor.

Built in 1906 by the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the space has hosted more than a century of celebrations beneath its ornate, embossed copper ceiling. Since 2021 it has been owned by twin sisters Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis of Lamb & Co. The ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests, making it well suited to weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, proms, quinceañeras, and milestone celebrations. 24830 136th Ave SE, Kent, WA 98042, USA
    • Spaces for 100-275 Guests
    • 1 Country Club

Meridian Valley Country Club opened its doors for the first time on July 1, 1967. Despite the fact that there was just a temporary clubhouse and only nine of the 18 holes were available for play on that Saturday morning, those who teed it up did so again and again. Despite the fact that the fairway grass was well on its way to reaching full maturity, the theme of the day was "Take No Divots" since all shots were needed to be taken from tees. The opening day regulation had no effect on the level of competitiveness on the first day. The second nine holes, as well as the permanent clubhouse, were dedicated in May 1968 with a similar amount of hoopla. Several substantial modifications have been made to the golf course throughout the years, including irrigation, drainage, and a large number of flowering trees and plants. The course is currently open all year round and plays "dry." Meridian Valley Country Club has been a gathering place for members and guests to commemorate life's most important occasions since 1967. Whatever your occasion may be, from weddings to anniversaries and birthdays to business meetings to auctions to family gatherings and reunions, every event organized at MVCC will be handled with outstanding care and attention to detail, enabling you to relax and enjoy yourself. Meridian Valley's staff is delighted to assist you in creating the style and feel you have envisioned for your event at Meridian Valley. Everything from formal plated meals to themed buffets will be presented in a unique manner in a tastefully designed setting that the entire group will love. Please allow us to extend our best wishes to you and your guests for a very amazing and unforgettable event.

    • Spaces for 150 Guests

Hand-hewn beams from an early-1800s cabin still form the core of the Stone Cottage at Storybook Farm, a structure that predates the property's founding by more than a century. Moses Atwater and Amy Wilson were among the original settlers of the land in the early 1800s; Warren and Mary Barrett later established Storybook Farm in 1955, running a preschool and summer camp there from the early 1960s through the 1980s before Bryan and Lisa Lowrance took over the property in January 2020. Set minutes from Chapel Hill and Carrboro, North Carolina, the farm today pairs overnight cabin lodging with a dedicated outdoor event space: a covered picnic shelter and 32-by-20-foot stage inside a 27-by-72-foot pavilion, equipped with a stainless-steel prep station, brick furnace, and firepit. The space has hosted concerts, weddings, festivals, corporate conferences, and workshops, including ProgDay, described by the farm as the world's longest-running progressive rock festival. Four rental cabins on the property - Stone Cottage, Barrett Lodge, Warren's Landing, and Rick's Roost - offer additional lodging, with Warren's Landing occupying the site of the farm's former school cafeteria and classrooms.
