The banquet hall, riverside covered porch, and open lower deck on the Ashley River are all included in the rates, as well as tables, chairs, linens, setup, and breakdown. We do have a preferred catering list, however you are responsible for all beverages and leftovers. Please shoot us an email to inquire about availability! The Flag Room can hold up to 175 people, while the riverside porch and terrace can hold up to 125, for a total of 300 people. On the Ashley River, we're inside the Charleston City Marina. For your convenience, a full-service commercial kitchen is available for final meal preparation by one of our preferred caterers. You provide all of the drinks and take all of the leftovers home with you. There are no corkage fees. There is no need to rent a dance floor because the Flag Room is 2067 square feet and has hardwood floors. We don't have a noise regulation, so you can have a band or DJ play inside or on the terrace. There are newly refurbished changing rooms and showers, as well as a bridal sequester room where you may be dressed on the spot. The Red Horse Inn is an adults-only bed and breakfast and retreat set in the Blue Ridge foothills of Landrum, South Carolina, on a 200-acre property minutes from Tryon and Greenville. The grounds include a garden-filled courtyard with a pond and patio, hiking trails, and mountain views, with accommodations named for the property's rural buildings, including the Springhouse, Grainary, Hayloft, Carriage Bay, Huntbox, and Stables cottages alongside suites in the main Inn. For weddings, proposals, and private events, the Inn offers three adjoining spaces: the Grand Terrace, a 50-by-120-foot open-air terrace overlooking the Blue Ridge foothills; the Covered Arbor, a sheltered brick-patio space that keeps the surrounding landscape close while offering weather protection; and the Wine Bar, an indoor room with a fireplace and mountain views. Each space accommodates up to 30 guests, and wedding chairs are provided. The property's Wine Bar pours more than 150 wines by the glass or bottle, with self-pour options and a live music and concert series, and the Inn also hosts alpaca wine experiences on the grounds.

Family is the most important thing to us here at Parker Pines Events. Because of this, we designed our packages so that you can spend as much time as possible with your loved ones on the special day of your wedding. We are a company that is run by members of our own family. The Parker family, consisting of Stan, Denise, and Sarah, is the owner of the farm. In 2016, the home was purchased with the goal of quickly turning around and selling it to a sizable company. However, the family quickly fell in love with the property and started using it as a gathering place for family and friends not long after they purchased it. In 2018, Sarah tied the knot, which served as the impetus for the family to transform the property into a location for weddings and other events. Harborside East is a waterfront venue located on Patriot's Point in Charleston and is considered to be the best in the city. With its breathtaking views of the Charleston skyline and harbor, it's an excellent choice for couples who want an elegant wedding with an outdoor ceremony on the water at the Charleston Harbor Hotel. Inside, the contemporary building boasts marble accents, sophisticated lighting, and panoramic views of the Ravenel Bridge, which is a landmark in the city. With four waterfront ceremony locations and a banquet facility with ample space for dancing, cocktails, and conversation, Harborside can accommodate weddings of all sizes. Your guests will be able to enjoy drinks while taking in the views of the harbor from the stainless steel indoor and outdoor bars. The banquet hall is made more spacious by the use of floor-to-ceiling glass windows. After 11 p.m., all amplified music must be turned off in public places. It is necessary to have a LICENSED day of event coordinator. Neither a member of the wedding party nor a guest at the wedding may be this individual. A month before the event, they must provide a copy of their driver's license and meet with the venue manager to sign our coordinator agreement. Requests for recommendations for coordinators will be gladly accommodated by the venue. The host is required to provide Harborside with a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $500,000 (minimum), with Harborside East named as an additional insured party on the policy.

For groups of 40 to 80 people, the entire restaurant can be reserved for the evening. Depending on the day and time of year, food and beverage minimums range from $14,000 to $25,000. A cocktail party can accommodate groups of 80-100 people, however a seated meal can only accommodate 80 people. Unfortunately, groups of 21-40 people cannot be accommodated. Because the patio is not an all-weather patio, it cannot be hired or reserved, and its availability cannot be guaranteed. Michael Toscano, a co-founder, grew up wanting to be a professional golfer but discovered his passion for cooking while working at a golf club in high school. Michael won a scholarship to attend an American Culinary Federation Apprenticeship held by North Carolina's legendary Pinehurst Resort, rather than pursue a golf career. He relocated to New York City after graduating and worked at Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bakery before landing a job as a sous chef at Mario Batali's Babbo at the age of 21. Michael was named executive chef at Eataly's Manzo, the Italian food mecca's fine-dining restaurant, after four years at the famed restaurant. He opened Perla, a modern Italian restaurant in Greenwich Village, as the Chef/Owner in 2012, and it has garnered numerous honors, including Esquire's Best New Restaurants in America, New York Times Two Stars, and Time Out New York Best Italian Restaurant. Michael eventually took over the kitchens at Jeffrey's Grocery, a seafood restaurant, and Montmartre, a modern French cafe, both of which are part of Happy Cooking Hospitality. Michael has been named a "New York Rising Star" by StarChefs.com, a Zagat 30 Under 30 semifinalist, and a semifinalist in the James Beard "Rising Star Chef" competition. He is also a member of the Williams Sonoma Chefs' Collective. Michael and his wife Caitlin came to Charleston, South Carolina with their two children Julian and Marley in the summer of 2015 to begin the next chapter of their lives. Caitlin Toscano, Farfalle’s other co-founder, grew up in the Pennsylvania mountains and moved to the sandy beaches of Miami when she was 16 years old. She has been a dedicated member of the hotel sector since graduating from Johnson and Wales University with a culinary arts degree, and she has been driven from the start. It was only the beginning when she finished her externship at Pinehurst Resort in North Carolina, where she met Michael. She and Michael packed their belongings into a minivan and drove to New York City after cooking their way through the resort. Caitlin immediately established herself as a front-of-house operations specialist. She's worked at some of New York City's most prestigious restaurants, including Tom Colicchio's flagship Craft and Thomas Keller's 3 Michelin-starred Per Se. She went on to work as the opening General Manager of Eataly NYC's fine dining restaurant, Manzo, where she swiftly raised the service standards at Mario Batali's 4 New York Times starred Italian restaurant, Del Posto. She took a brief career break at the moment to focus on parenthood, but she is thrilled to be managing at her own restaurant once more.
