Both the Founders Hall and the Clubhouse, located on a beautifully forested acres, provide an ideal location for a variety of events including weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, luncheons, banquets, parties, and many other sorts of gatherings and gatherings.     The Queen Anne Victorian home that was built in 1899 and is known as the Ball-Eddleman-McFarland House is considered to be the most preserved of its kind in the region. This exquisite Victorian masterpiece of a little over 5,000 square feet was constructed by English architect Howard Messer for Galveston widow Mrs. George Ball (Sarah) and her son Frank in 1899. The home was built high on a hill overlooking the Trinity River. At a time when the typical cost of a dwelling was between $2,000 and $4,000, the construction of the house came to $38,000. The house has had just three different families live in it over its entire existence, and it has seen very few changes since it was first built. There are towers, gables, copper finials, a slate tile roof, and a porch made of red sandstone and marble on the late Victorian facade. The elegant interior has its original wood mantles, cornices, paneling, coffered ceilings, and parquet flooring. The McFarland House was declared as a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark in 1979, as well as Fort Worth's second Historic and Cultural Landmark in 1980. In 1979, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places, and in 1980, it was certified as such by the state of Texas.

It has withstood a century of tornadoes, fires, and other natural calamities to become one of the most well-known wedding venues in the North Dallas community. A complete renovation of the facility was carried out in 1998, and a partial renovation was carried out in 2011. Just a few blocks south of the old town center and the magnificently renovated county courthouse, you'll find this stunning residence in McKinney's historic area. Behind the main home is a big deck that overlooks the rear yard and a wedding gazebo that was expressly created for the occasion. Brides and bridesmaids can get ready for their special moments in the bridal cottage, which is located at the southern end of the backyard on the south side.     Perched on a bluff above the Colorado River in Bastrop, Texas, The Mansion at ColoVista is a destination wedding venue about 25 minutes from Austin's airport. The 17,000-square-foot estate sits on a golf course property, giving couples river views and sunset backdrops for ceremonies and portraits. The mansion's interior seats up to 250 to 275 guests for a peak dinner reception, with additional outdoor dinner seating available to expand guest counts further. Wedding packages include venue time ranging from several hours up to 13 or more consecutive hours, in-house sound equipment with a wireless microphone, up-lighting for the dance floor, and access to a decor closet stocked with lanterns, candles, and easels. Couples can choose from traveling, stationary, or simultaneous bar service, moving between the estate's upstairs and downstairs levels to suit their event flow. Twenty-two on-site cottages give couples and their guests a place to stay for the wedding weekend, with some packages including a complimentary one-night cottage stay for newlyweds.
