The Bouley Test Kitchen is a one-of-a-kind Event Space and Dining Room in the Flatiron District of New York City. The Bouley Test Kitchen is open for lunch on weekdays. The multipurpose Test Kitchen serves as an attractive event space, an engaging classroom, and a state-of-the-art culinary laboratory, with a range of outstanding layouts to match the demands of your party. Private events, corporate/media events, photo/video shoots, and, of course, cookery demonstrations are all made possible by the audiophile A/V equipment, which includes projection and complete videoconferencing capabilities. Bouley Test Kitchen can accommodate up to 100 people seated or 150 standing for a reception. It is equipped with an open performance kitchen, a Steinway grand piano, and an audiophile A/V system from McIntosh. The Bouley team may use the Test Kitchen to experiment with new gourmet ideas and refine existing ones. In the Bouley Test Kitchen, visitors can be seated for up to 120 people and cocktail parties can accommodate up to 180 people. A welcoming area for handed canapés or small dishes is provided in the space's expanding form, which combines the refinement of a 'Chef's dream' with a library of more than 8,000 textbooks of culinary inspiration. The Steinway Concert B piano in the main dining room reverberates beneath a Murano glass chandelier from the 18th century. With a wall of slate connecting the dining room to the kitchen, where guests are encouraged to chalk handwritten recipes or notes for special occasions, guests are invited to see the chefs' expertise in a setting adorned with 16th century copperware. Color LED projection technology, which is state-of-the-art, may be used to customize anniversaries or corporate events. The Test Kitchen also includes equipment from artisanal industry giants such as Molteni, Rational, and Electrolux, as well as handcrafted B&W Nautilus speakers and an emerald lighted turntable powered by the McIntosh Sound System.

Catskill View Weddings & Events occupies Thor Icelandics, LLC., a working Icelandic horse farm in Claverack, New York — in the heart of Columbia County's Hudson Valley, two hours north of New York City and ten minutes from the city of Hudson. The farm is home to more than 50 Icelandic horses and is recognized as the only Icelandic horse farm in North America that operates as a wedding and event venue. Three distinct outdoor spaces — The Hill, the Upper Track, and the Lower Track — each accommodate up to 300 guests. The Hill commands a full 360-degree, unobstructed view of the Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountain range, with the sun setting directly over the mountains to the west; it is the venue's signature setting. The Upper Track, nestled in the heart of the farm and enclosed by woods on most sides, offers a more private atmosphere with exceptional acoustics. The Lower Track, located near the barnyard entrance, positions guests among active horse fields with the property's large barn visible in the near distance. The venue operates seasonally from late April through early November and hosts a limited number of events per year to preserve the farm's character. All outdoor amenities — tents, seating, catering, and utilities — are brought in through outside vendors, allowing each event to be fully customized within a landscape that is distinctly its own.

Frankies Spuntino has earned a reputation for seamlessly hosting all manner of events — from weddings and intimate family celebrations to private barbecues and pop-ups. Frankies 457’s private event space is a converted blacksmith’s stable located in the garden behind their restaurant at 457 Court Street in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. The rustic brick building, constructed in the early 1900’s, can accommodate up to 40 people for a family-style dinner or up to 50 guests for a buffet event with scattered seating. For events of 41 to 70 guests, our Stable Garden space may be added to the Stable for expanded seating. The Stable Garden is located directly outside the Stable. For an indoor/outdoor event, the Stable doors slide completely open allowing free-flow between the spaces. During the cooler months the Stable Garden is winterized enabling you to celebrate at Frankies year round. The Frankies Garden may be added to the Stable and Stable Garden to accommodate seated events of up to 80 guests. HayLoft In The Grove is a restored mid-1800s timber-framed barn set on nearly 100 acres outside East Aurora, New York. Once a working dairy farm — and later a horse training facility with a quarter-mile sulky racing track — the property was purchased in 2007 by Jeni and Jason Burford, who chose to preserve the deteriorating structure rather than demolish it. Amish craftsmen undertook an extensive restoration beginning in 2008, retaining original handmade wooden pegs, mortise-and-tenon joints, and stone foundation. The grounds include cornfields, forests, three ponds, and expansive gardens. For events, the property offers an outdoor ceremony area with comfortable seating for up to 200 guests, set beneath a wooden arbor with chiffon drapes and a brass chandelier against a cornfield backdrop. The Stables — a former horse facility converted in 2019 — serves as an indoor gathering space with antique pews from the 1920s, wooden beams, and crystal chandeliers, along with dedicated bride and groom suites and covered outdoor patios with string lighting. Wedding packages include day-of coordination, three planning sessions, and access to an on-site rentals boutique. Activities on offer include a hay wagon ride around the property, horseshoes, and cornhole.

Frank Lloyd Wright's Fontana Boathouse sits on the shores of Buffalo's Black Rock Channel — a working boathouse and architectural landmark that serves as one of the city's most singular event venues. Wright originally designed the structure for the University of Wisconsin in 1905 and thought so highly of it that he included it in his celebrated 1910 Wasmuth Portfolio. The building came to life in Buffalo in 2007 through the philanthropy of Charles and Marie Fontana and their son Tom, for whom it is named. Wright's classic design details carry through every floor: large ceiling beams draw visitors from one space to the next, and Arts and Crafts lighting fixtures adorn the stairwells, reflected in the second-floor windows. The main banquet hall opens onto an outdoor balcony overlooking the Niagara River and Lake Erie, and wedding parties can make a memorable entrance by arriving at the boat dock below. The Fontana Boathouse is available year-round for weddings, corporate gatherings, and cocktail events. The West Side Rowing Club and Canisius College Crew Team continue to store boats on the first floor, keeping the building in active use exactly as Wright intended.

The Fern Lodge is a boutique waterfront inn set on 70 acres of wooded land bordering Friends Lake in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. Located in Chestertown roughly an hour and fifteen minutes north of Albany, the property offers five intimate guest rooms — each with a king-size bed, stone fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, and lake or mountain views — within a Great Room anchored by vaulted log ceilings and a central stone fireplace. For events, the lodge specializes in elopements, petit weddings, vow renewals, and honeymoons for parties of 2 to 20 guests. Ceremonies take shape in several lakeside and indoor settings: the lakeside gardens, the screened-in porch with fireplace, the boathouse deck, and the Great Room itself. The restaurant has hosted Warren Buffett's annual Glide Foundation benefit luncheon for over 16 years — a tradition that has raised more than $25 million for the foundation. The kitchen maintains strict standards in beef preparation: USDA Prime cuts are dry-aged and hand-butchered in-house in a dedicated aging facility held at 36 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately four weeks, with between 7 and 12 tons of beef aging at any given time. For private events, the second floor offers four skylit rooms — the American Room, Brandy Room, Club Room, and Derby Room — accommodating groups from 20 to 130 seated guests. The rooms operate independently for intimate gatherings or combine to take over the entire floor for larger events. Our stunning formal dining and entertainment room, which was built by the King Family in 1810, is part of the final enlargement that was added to the home to create the structure that is now known as King Manor. There are genuine Federal Period design components in the space, which were meant to produce a warm, bright environment in an era before electric lights, as well as great natural acoustics for music performance. Meetings, tiny wedding ceremonies, book readings, recitals, and other small private events are all possible in this space. However, while food and liquids are not permitted in our period rooms, we do have a large foyer where light snacks and drinks can be offered, as well as access to the backyard if needed. A more informal private space, our North Kitchen is ideal for off-site meetings, classroom sessions, a bridal party dressing room or storage space while your event is taking place. Within a New York City park, King Manor offers a huge backyard space that can accommodate renting tents up to 30 by 40 feet in size, making it ideal for larger occasions. Our venue is private and secure, making it an ideal setting for events such as weddings, board retreats, cocktail hours, and other gatherings. The Terrace at Delaware Park occupies the historic Marcy Casino building within Buffalo's Delaware Park, set between Hoyt Lake and the Rose Garden in the landscape designed by Frederick Law Olmsted.
