Celebrate the Occasion That You Deserve It is believed that "Munnysunk," the former estate house of Frank Bailey, was initially constructed somewhere in the 1800s. After purchasing the property, Frank enlisted the help of Craig Severance to renovate it while preserving the rustic charm of the neocolonial structure. Bailey House and its surrounding grounds, which can accommodate up to 75 guests for wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, and private events, has been transformed into a stunning venue. Current Rental Guidelines Effective 2021-2022 - All events will have a maximum capacity of 50 people or less, including children and excluding staff, through December 2021. This number will increase to 75 people as of January 2022. - All events are to be outside events only (ceremonies, receptions, etc.). - Indoor use of Bailey House is restricted to restroom access only and will not have access to the rest of the building. - The historic Bailey House will be undergoing major construction during the winter season of 2021-2022. As the building is owned by Nassau County, we cannot guarantee that the building will be functional come spring of 2022.

The Adirondack Room at Mo's is a 4,000-square-foot private banquet facility attached to Mo's Pub & Grill in Malone, New York. The space brings together a stone fireplace, a full stone bar, and Adirondack-themed décor, creating a setting that pairs small-town warmth with a distinct regional character. With seating for up to 220 guests at sit-down events or 200 for buffet-style service, the room is suited for weddings, corporate gatherings, and celebrations of all kinds. A dance floor and on-site media center round out the event infrastructure. In-house catering options include plated entrées, hot and cold hors d'oeuvres for cocktail service, and late-night menu selections. The Wingate Barn is a rustic wedding and event venue set on eight acres of countryside in Livonia, New York, surrounded by hay and corn fields. Housed in a barn that began as a working dairy farm in the late 1800s, the property has been transformed by lifelong Livonia residents Roger and Leighana Wing into a setting for weddings, family reunions, birthday celebrations, and school events. The main barn pairs warm wood floors and a vaulted ceiling with rafter lighting and dimmable chandeliers, seating up to 200 guests with a dance floor or roughly 240 without. Outdoor ceremonies take place at a rustic arbor overlooking the acreage, with a gazebo and an indoor arbor available as alternatives. A bride's suite converted from the original milk house offers four vanity stations, and a groom's room in the former milking parlor opens onto a private patio. Couples receive three days of access along with tables, chairs, heat and air conditioning, four indoor bathrooms, a handicap ramp, and an on-site coordinator. An extensive rental catalog of linens, glassware, and décor is available by the piece, and the pet-friendly grounds include verdant lawns, expansive decks, a pavilion, and a propane fire pit with farmland views.

SOHO Lofts has three unique film-friendly open lofts located in the heart of Manhattan's intimate SOHO district. These spaces are available for video, photo productions, corporate special events, and product launches. Three lofts which consist of ground floor / retail location, and attached basement, and a second floor. All these spaces could be either rented separately or combined. Privately owned, one-of-a-kind commercial loft spaces are available for rental on a daily or short-term basis. In the heart of Manhattan's SOHO district, this hotel is ideally situated. Product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, film and television productions, and photo shoots are some of the most common uses for this type of space. The lofts have a total floor area of 30,000 square feet that can be customized to suit your needs. There are currently three lofts available: one on the ground floor, one on the lower level, and one on the second floor. There are also upper built-out floors available on the property as an option. This cast iron building, built in 1890 in a bustling area of Manhattan, was occupied by a famous textile manufacturing company at the time of its construction. Many of the original details can still be found in the lofts. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200), and they are located on a stretch of Broadway between Mercer and Broadway streets. Natural light floods in through 15-foot-high sash windows that look out onto Mercer and Broadway. They also have an elevator. The Riverfront Patio accommodates up to 200 guests with the Hudson River as a backdrop, its two-tiered design providing room for both gathering and dancing under the stars. This family-owned restaurant, which is celebrating 30 years in business, serves upmarket Italian food, including handmade handcrafted pizzas and exquisite desserts. We offer private event rooms available for rent for a variety of special occasions and budgets, including weddings. All locations are suitable for both small intimate gatherings and big occasions. Arte Cafe officially opened its doors 26 years ago, but it all began when Dina Malta traveled all the way from Italy to New York in the 1960s. Robert, her son, was a college student when he launched his first restaurant in the early 1990s, when he was still in college. With the assistance of his mother, he was able to properly administer the establishment. She was the one who came up with all of the original recipes that are still in use today. "She had such a commanding presence and always ensured that the staff was preparing everything with the freshest, most genuine ingredients possible," her son, Robert, said of his mother. Despite the fact that Dina passed away lately, her spirit lives on via Arte Cafe and the meals that are served today. Main Dining Room The Main Dining Room at Tribeca Grill is the restaurant's center point, and it has a sleek industrial warehouse feel to it. An ancient mahogany bar from the legendary "Maxwell's Plum," exposed brick walls, and artwork by the late Robert De Niro, Sr. adorn the space. Cocktail parties for up to 350 people or a formal dinner for 175 people can be held in the whole Dining Room. Arrangements can be made to reserve the full Tribeca Grill Duplex for groups of up to 500 people. This allows you to have dancing, food, and beverages all at the same time during your event. Loft The Loft is a bright, open room on the second story with beautiful hardwood flooring, 15-foot ceilings, and exposed brick walls. It also has its own entrance and private facilities. It is a dynamic space that can be dressed up for elegance or down for a fun, laid-back vibe. Although the room can hold up to 120 people for a formal dinner, the design is also suitable for smaller gatherings of 30 people or receptions of 175. The Loft can be used for gallery exhibitions, fashion events, corporate presentations, and even in conjunction with the adjacent screening room. Gallery Breakfast meetings, business luncheons and dinners, birthday celebrations, wine evenings, and a variety of other social occasions are all possible in this private, light, and intimate space. The space can hold up to 40 people for a formal function, but it is also suitable for 20-person board meetings.
