Park-McCullough Historic Governor's Mansion is a 35-room Second Empire mansion in North Bennington, Vermont, built between 1864 and 1865 for attorney and entrepreneur Trenor W. Park. The home was later expanded and renovated in 1889-1890 by Park's daughter Eliza and her husband John G. The mansion and grounds host weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate retreats, nonprofit fundraisers, and celebrations of all kinds throughout the year. Grafton Inn Vermont
92 Main St, Grafton, VT 05146, USA- Spaces for 200 Guests
Set in the heart of Grafton Village in southern Vermont, The Grafton Inn has welcomed guests since 1801, making it one of the oldest inns in the country. Brothers Francis and Harlan Phelps expanded the property in the late 1800s, adding the third floor and porches that still define its look today, and the Inn's historic guest list has included Ulysses S. Grant, Daniel Webster, and Ralph Waldo Emerson. After decades of decline, the Windham Foundation purchased and restored the Inn in 1965, preserving its country-inn character while modernizing its individually decorated rooms. The Foundation continues to own and operate the property today as the cornerstone of the village. For weddings and private events, the Inn pairs hand-hewn beams and antique furnishings with spaces like the Phelps Barn, the Windham Foundation Room, and the 1801 Tavern's dining rooms, alongside outdoor settings including a swimming pond, community garden, and courtyards. Full-property buyouts, on-site catering and bar service, and a dedicated wedding manager round out the offering, with guest rooms and a full country breakfast available for wedding parties staying on site.

The estate offers three outdoor ceremony sites: a front lawn framed by a built-in timber arch with the Green Mountains as a backdrop, a west lawn set closest to the property's waterfall, and a more secluded backyard site anchored by an old stone structure. Couples and their wedding parties can also stay on site — the Inn and the Stone House provide boutique lodging for getting ready, rehearsal dinners, and morning-after brunches, with exclusive access to the property throughout the wedding weekend.
