    Market at the Mill is a multi-building complex centered on a central courtyard with open areas and patios for vendors and customers. The original layout and style of the historic Dansby Feed Mills business, which has been a landmark in downtown Clifton since the early 1930's, is closely replicated in the design of the new buildings. Market at the Mill is the ideal location for a wedding, reception, special event, corporate party, or family reunion because the materials from the original structures were salvaged and repurposed in the new buildings to capture the nostalgia of the location. It also has a retail space, which offers customers a fun and unique shopping experience in addition to the event space. It had been a landmark in downtown Clifton for many years when the Dansby Feed Mills closed its doors. Andy and Lisa Horn purchased the property and restored it to its former glory, making it a unique addition to the Clifton experience for visitors. Construction of the buildings was completed using only the carefully salvaged interior and exterior materials from the original structures. The layout of the buildings, as well as their elevations and styles, were preserved in their original form. Besides providing an exceptional shopping experience, the main building and the other two buildings can be rented out for special events to create a one-of-a-kind event venue.     Hopkins County Regional Civic Center is a multipurpose event facility in Sulphur Springs, Texas, established in 1979 through a joint effort of the City of Sulphur Springs, the local school district, and Hopkins County. What began as a shared vision for a facility able to host livestock shows as well as community gatherings has grown into a full campus of event spaces, including an indoor arena, outdoor pavilion, exhibit hall, and auditorium. Over the decades, the venue has hosted major equine competitions, touring country music artists, and long-running community events including rodeos, concerts, and school functions, alongside private celebrations such as weddings and quinceañeras. A 2013 renovation modernized the Exhibit Hall, its foyers, restrooms, office area, concession stand, and board room, while a separate five-million-dollar renovation funded by the school district added 1,250 seats to the Auditorium. The RoseMary Barn was then renovated from a dilapidated 1970s pole barn at the property's back to the lovely white venue it is today. The RoseMary Barn takes its name from the proprietor's mother. The RoseMary Barn is a stunning all-white event and wedding location located about 5 miles from Historic Downtown Mckinney and hotels. White shiplap is used to build the inside walls and ceilings. The venue features a large bridal suite with h/m stations, cable tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with cable tv/hook ups for a gaming center+mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space shaded by mature trees, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, a bar kitchen for the bartenders, a large catering prep kitchen, and a 40x32 covered pavilion that can be used for a wedding reception. We have a generator in case of power shortages, and we are Uber-friendly, allowing cars to stay overnight if Uber service is required. For our booked wedding groups and/or families, we have on-site over night accommodations in addition to the venue. This two-story barndominium has a cool modern feel to it. It includes a white shiplap kitchen with open cabinetry, gold lights, and a beautiful modern farmhouse vibe. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds.     The Ostreum is a Roman amphitheatre built in the first century AD. Weddings and special events are now being hosted at the venue, which opened its doors in June. Located in Fort Worth, Texas, The Ostreum is the second venue owned and operated by Lynsie Blau. It is the sister (not the twin) of BRIK Venue. Ostreum is the latin word for oyster, and it also the name of the city in which it is situated. Named for the luxury associated with oysters and the notion that beauty is housed under an inconspicuous facade, the name is appropriate for the establishment. It is also necessary to consider the speakeasy notion. Previous to that, it served as the warehouse component of the O.B. Macaroni Factory, which was founded in the early 1900s.     We'd like to welcome you to our tiny slice of East Texas Heaven. A stunning venue and residence, as well as 40 acres of lush scenery, provide everything you could possibly need for a comprehensive wedding weekend retreat at our facility. We are ideally located in the DFW Metroplex, Tyler, and Waco, and it is only a 5-minute drive to Cedar Creek Lake from our location in Fort Worth. Our Personal Narrative We're Logan and Abby Misegades, and we're here to help you. Logan is fluent in French. Abby is a native Texan. As a result of spending two years in France and working in the family business (a bed and breakfast set in the French countryside), we began to daydream of opening a comparable establishment in the United States. It is the long-term goal of Margot Hill to provide a taste of the French countryside to the people of East Texas.
