We specialize in summer rentals that can accommodate multiple families, who want their own space to relax. We cater to groups who want the Ultimate Location for a reunion, birthday celebration or a mini/micro wedding. All our homes are Located in the outer portion of Cape Cod in the small towns of Eastham and East Orleans. Eastham is a great town for vacations in Cape Cod. With the town only being a couple of miles wide, you are not far from the Bay or Ocean. The Bay offers great walking/exploring of the flats at low tide and is an easy walk from our rental properties and the ocean is only a short drive or bike ride away. Our homes in Eastham are within walking distance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Also close by is the Hemingway Landing, where you can dig your own shellfish, or drop a small boat and go striper fishing in Town Cove. Down the road is the Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre that offers the infamous flea market by day and movie by night. Provincetown is only a 20- to 30-minute drive away and a great place to book a Whale Watch. There are several festivals that occur in Eastham and the surrounding towns throughout the year. There are also numerous hiking trails at the Wellfleet Audubon Society nearby and a one of a kind experience at the National Seashore. East Orleans, is home to Nauset Beach, the first longest National Seashore Beach, accessible by car. You are able to get a beach pass to drive on the beach but you must plan ahead. Mary Cunningham bought the house in 1979 and began providing soup, sandwiches, pastries, and tea to visitors to her antique shop with the help of her sister, Barbara, and her small daughter, Abbey. The Tea Room opened in 1981, and the Crane Brook Restaurant grew into one of the best restaurants in the country. Don McKeag reopened Crane Brook Restaurant in 2004, aiming to build on the restaurant's prior success and create an exciting future for the stunning structure. Antonio Sousa and Maria Marcalo bought the Crane Brook Restaurant in November of 2018, with the intention of restoring it to its former splendor. They began renovations on the outside and inside, and on a daily basis, local folks would stop and ask when Crane Brook will reopen, as well as share their particular memories of Crane Brook. Crane Brook restaurant reopened its doors to the public on June 29th, 2019, and is encouraging everyone in the local and surrounding communities to come in and enjoy Farm-to-Table Cuisine.

The small-scale vegetable and flower farm Slip Away Farm is located on Chappaquiddick, a small island separated from Martha's Vineyard by a 527-foot ferry trip. Our mission is to provide our Island community with high-quality, organically cultivated flowers, fruits, and veggies. With the aid of her brother Christian and good friend Collins Heavener, Lily Walter founded Slip Away Farm in 2012. We started the farm on a one-acre lease in Katama, Martha's Vineyard, and delivered vegetables by bicycle to Chappaquiddick homeowners. Slip Away was relocated to the Marshall Farm on Chappy in 2013, a property jointly held by the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank and the Vineyard Trust. We acknowledge and respect the Chappaquiddick Wampanoag tribe's ancestral and contemporary homeland on this property. Please consider making a donation to the tribe to help them continue their efforts and receive compensation. In Chappy's original one-room schoolhouse, we now run an 85-member vegetable CSA, a 55-member floral CSA, and a self-serve farm market.
