Founders Bill Goodrich and Jen Lewin transformed a warehouse into a gathering place built around belonging and collaboration. The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse is a cultural landmark and event venue located at 1770 13th Street in Boulder, Colorado. The building itself is a work of art: a 1987 sister-city gift from Dushanbe, Tajikistan to Boulder, its hand-carved cedar columns, Persian-painted ceilings, and eight exterior ceramic panels depicting the Tree of Life were crafted by more than 40 Tajik artisans working entirely without power tools. After a decade in storage, the teahouse was assembled in Boulder and opened in 1998, making it one of the most architecturally distinctive venues in the Rocky Mountain region. The Riverside Library and Cultural Center is an 18,500-square-foot joint-use facility in Old Town Evans, Colorado, opened in Fall 2014 and designed to evoke the character of a historic train depot. Operated in partnership by the City of Evans and the High Plains Library District, the building serves as both a community library and a versatile event destination. The Banquet Hall is the center's primary event space, featuring large windows that bring in natural light and a state-of-the-art projection and audio system.
