Sleepy Hole Park is a 73.6-acre city park in Suffolk, Virginia, set along the Nansemond River. The park includes a 5-acre freshwater lake, a fishing pier, a boat ramp, and nature trails through open space and wooded areas, along with a playground, volleyball courts, and horseshoe pits. The park offers eight picnic shelters for reservation: seven standard shelters that each accommodate up to 25 guests, and one larger shelter that accommodates up to 60 guests, making it suited to gatherings ranging from small picnics to larger outdoor get-togethers.
