The Diskin Cider’s immersive architecture was designed with the intention of evoking an old English tradition in which friends and family would get together to drink cider in their neighbors' barns while looking up at the night sky. This was accomplished by including wooden planks in the ceiling and hanging pendant lights as part of the Cider's design. We put a lot of thought into the layout of the venue so that each guest could see themselves living there. Your participation in the experience is something that we are looking forward to very much. The Diskin Cider is available for rental on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for a broad variety of special events, such as business meetings, charity events, dinner rehearsals, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, product launches, and many more. Hachland Hill is a family-run bed & breakfast, dining inn, and retreat center set on 80 acres of wooded hills in Joelton, just outside Nashville and about 25 minutes from the airport. The property has operated since 1955, and its grounds carry a long history: the land was once home to Cherokee and Chickasaw communities drawn to its spring-fed waters and abundant wildlife, and in the early 1700s it became known as "Paradise Hills" after two French brothers named Paradise settled the area. Crystal springs still run through the property today, alongside sassafras, maple trees, and wild turkeys, deer, and foxes. The retreat center hosts overnight stays, family reunions, business retreats, weddings, and banquets across several gathering spaces, including the Main Lodge, Spring Creek, and the more-than-100-year-old Tobacco Barn. Its kitchen is led by chef Phila Hach, known for Southern, farm-to-table cuisine served on-site. Burdoc Farms is a 700-acre wedding destination set among the rolling hills and forests of western Kentucky, roughly equidistant between Nashville and Evansville. The Shepherd family has stewarded the land since 1942, first as a tobacco and cattle operation and later as a conservation farm focused on timber, wildlife, and agri-tourism. When guests at an early farm celebration urged the family to open to weddings professionally, they renovated their historic tobacco barn and never looked back. Today Sara, Jessica, and Jackie Shepherd host 60 to 80 weddings each year, drawing couples from across the country and abroad. The property offers two distinct venues. Keith Glen is a modern, climate-controlled building constructed in 2016, featuring a 30-foot floor-to-ceiling glass wall overlooking a pond with fountain and swans, and accommodates up to 200 seated guests. The Tobacco Barn is a restored historic barn with seven antique crystal chandeliers, Edison string lights, and a 150-year-old stone fireplace on the back deck, seating up to 165 guests with the adjacent Chapel Barn serving as a ceremony space. Both venues include on-site staff, furniture, and access to the full grounds for photography. In addition to full weddings, Burdoc Farms offers elopements, micro-weddings, all-inclusive packages, and corporate events, with on-property lodging available for overnight stays.

Fat Bottom Brewing Co. is a craft brewery in Nashville's Nations neighborhood, founded in 2012 as East Nashville's first brewery before relocating after four years to a 33,000-square-foot facility on the city's west side. The brewery makes beer with an emphasis on simplicity and quality, and its current home includes a taproom, beer garden, and several private event spaces built into the working production facility. For private events, the brewery offers The Reserve, a 3,000-square-foot rental space with massive windows overlooking the beer garden, a mini tap, and a covered heated patio; The Loft, an industrial-style room above the taproom with polished concrete floors and exposed-ceiling lighting; and a full brewery buyout that opens the entire property, including the beer garden and taproom, for a single event. Full-service catering, a complete beverage program of on-site craft beer, wine, and cocktails, and dedicated event coordination are available across all three options.

Even while RAD does not have a private dining room, we do provide the ideal backdrop for any event, from business dinners to social gatherings. Dishes are served family-style to all of our large groups as they are seated at a single, long table along the middle of the dining area. The cost of this family-style supper, which is based on our current menu, is $85 per person. Any dietary requirements or demands can be accommodated on the menu. We also have a minimal requirement for food and drink. The option to completely book out the restaurant for the evening is provided by RAD.
