For smaller celebrations, VENUE 109 also offers a micro wedding package for guest lists of about 20 to 50 people, geared toward couples who want an intimate setting without a large-scale production. Every rental includes tables, chairs, linens, TVs, and a premium sound and lighting system, and the venue is handicap accessible. The Union Station Nashville Yards occupies a former L&N Railroad terminal at 1001 Broadway, built in 1900 in a heavy-stone Richardsonian-Romanesque style complete with a clock tower and a statue of Mercy, the Roman deity of merchants and travelers. The terminal closed in 1979, and since 1986 the building has operated as a luxury boutique hotel and special event destination, now listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a Historic Hotel of America. The Hideaway Farm's centerpiece is a circa-1837 white log farmhouse, restored alongside the American Garage, which displays historic artifacts including the "One Piece at a Time" Cadillac. A newly renovated barn venue with two stages, a dance floor, and an air-conditioned green room anchors the property's event space, set among wooded trails, open fields, and a bonfire area with a firepit built by Cash himself. Down the road, the Storytellers building traces its own history to an 1800s general store that became Red Wortham's recording studio in the 1960s, and later the site of Johnny and June Carter Cash's "Saturday Night in Hickman County" concert series.
