South Union Shaker Village is a historic site in Auburn, Kentucky, preserving the legacy of a Shaker community that flourished from 1807 until 1922. Nine original structures remain on the grounds, including the 1824 Centre House and the 1875 Grain Barn, each restored to reflect the craftsmanship and communal values that defined Shaker life. For private events, the village offers two distinct settings. The Meadows provide an open-air pastoral backdrop with three location options — the North Meadow behind the Visitor Center, the Barn Meadow in front of the historic grain barn, and the Ministry Meadow in a grove behind the Ministry Shop — each accommodating up to 120 guests with access to restrooms, a kitchen, and electric service. The South Union Hotel, built in 1869 as a railroad hotel, hosts smaller gatherings of approximately 60 guests on its first floor, which includes three dining rooms, an enclosed sun porch suited to buffet service, and a large catering kitchen. Both spaces welcome licensed outside caterers and live or recorded music, and the grounds serve as a backdrop for photography throughout an event day.

Andrew Jackson's Hermitage sits on 1,120 acres in Nashville, Tennessee, and has welcomed guests since the mansion first opened to the public in 1889. It is one of the oldest and largest historic site museums in the United States and a National Historic Landmark, maintained to look as it did when Andrew Jackson, the nation's 7th president, remodeled it following a fire in 1837. More than 80 percent of the objects inside the mansion are original to Jackson's lifetime, and interpreters lead visitors through the home and its surrounding grounds, which include the log dwellings where the enslaved community lived and where the Jackson family first settled the property. Tours are offered in five languages, reflecting the site's standing as one of the most visited historic house museums in the country. The Andrew Jackson Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit originally founded as the Ladies' Hermitage Association, operates the property daily, working to preserve the home and grounds and to create learning opportunities centered on Jackson's life and era.

The Wilma Rudolph Event Center sits within Liberty Park along the Cumberland River in Clarksville, Tennessee, and is available for both private rentals and public events. The venue accommodates up to 500 guests seated indoors, with fifty 72-inch round tables, five hundred chairs, fifty 8-foot banquet tables, and audiovisual equipment included at no additional charge — making it a straightforward fit for weddings, banquets, and meetings. Private rentals also include use of the outdoor amphitheater at no charge, giving couples the option to hold a ceremony outdoors before moving guests inside for the reception. For larger public gatherings, the amphitheater alone can hold more than 5,000 people. All food and alcohol are arranged through the venue's list of pre-approved caterers, with beer, wine, and liquor served only from the bar. Managed by Clarksville Parks and Recreation, the Wilma Rudolph Event Center is a public facility built to handle everything from full-day weddings to large community events.

The Loveless Events Barn was built with versatility in mind, including a private kitchen where our culinary team could prepare meals for events hosted on-site. As demand grew, Loveless Events Catering was introduced to bring a wide variety of menu items to homes, offices, and other venues in the area. Seeing a need for a smaller private event space, the original Loveless Motel Dining Room was converted to the Harpeth Room. Guests have been hosting baby showers, business meetings, and even small weddings in this venue ever since. Now, Loveless Events encompasses on-site events and catering in the Barn and the Harpeth Room providing a sophisticated southern experience.
