For larger group events, they transform the entire top floor of Bagatelle, including their historic balcony overlooking Duval Street, into a custom event space tailored to meet your needs. Bagatelle Island Restaurant is located at 115 Duval Street, close to Mallory Square, in downtown Key West, Florida. It is situated in a historic, architecturally-beautiful building, built in the 1800s, that was converted into a restaurant in 1979. With an atmosphere unlike any other restaurant on Duval, including lush surrounding, lounge furniture, fire features, and craft cocktails. Space is available for private parties large or small. In addition to the Moon Lounge, the entire restaurant is available for catering. They can accommodate events of all sizes. From 20-30 people for smaller events, 100+ people for larger events, or up to 250 people with the full restaurant. Set on 23 shaded acres in the rolling meadows of rural Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania, Green Valley Chateau centers on the Chateau Tent, a temperature-controlled event space with 30-foot-high peaks. Roseland Cottage is a National Historic Landmark in Woodstock, Connecticut, managed by Historic New England. Built in 1846 for New York merchant and publisher Henry Bowen, the Gothic Revival estate is instantly recognizable by its bright pink board-and-batten exterior, steep gabled rooflines, and ornamental bargeboards — considered one of the best-preserved examples of the style in the country. The grounds reflect the same Victorian ambition as the house itself. A boxwood parterre garden, designed in the 1850s, contains 21 flowerbeds with more than 4,000 annuals. The carriage barn shelters the oldest surviving indoor bowling alley in the nation, a reminder that Bowen used Roseland Cottage to entertain on a grand scale — four U.S. presidents among them. From May through October, the Carriage House and south lawn are available for private events including weddings, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. The Haddon Fortnightly is a historic event venue in Haddonfield, New Jersey, housed in a landmarked building constructed in 1857 as the Second Methodist Church. The Haddon Fortnightly — a women's civic organization founded in 1894 — acquired the property in 1931 and has maintained it as its headquarters since. Stable Craft Brewing at Hermitage Hill traces its roots to Hermitage Hill Farm and Stables, founded in 2006 as an operational horse farm where Tennessee Walkers were bred and trained on a property built around a 288-foot barn. The founders transformed the farm into an event venue for weddings, receptions, private parties, and corporate gatherings, and played a role in the Virginia legislation that helped establish agritourism in the state, all while preserving the rural landscape of the Shenandoah Valley. The historic barn has since been renovated into a reception venue that blends rustic architecture -- hand-hewn beams and timber crafted with local artisans -- with heating, air conditioning, and a professional sound system. Crown Winery sits on a hill outside Humboldt, Tennessee, where an 18-acre vineyard of nine grape varieties -- including five acres of Sangiovese, a varietal native to Tuscany -- stretches out around a Tuscan-style villa. The winery opened in 2009 and has been owned by Dawn and Scott Fallert since 2017, who have expanded it into a working vineyard, winemaking facility, and on-site brewery producing small-batch craft beer alongside handcrafted, brick-oven pizza. Floor-to-ceiling windows run the length of the facility, and the aircraft and vehicles on the floor serve as the primary backdrop — something few venues in the region can match.
