Surrounded by fine homes, in the shadow of skyscrapers, is a small oasis….the delightful village of Vinings. At its heart are two historic gems, The Pace House and The Old Pavilion. Wrapped in nineteenth-century charm, they provide the perfect setting for today’s weddings and special corporate or private events. The Historic Pace House was built from the remains of the 17-room antebellum home of Vinings founder Hardy Pace. The house served as General Sherman’s temporary headquarters where he planned the siege of Atlanta. After the Civil War, Hardy’s son, Solomon Pace, returned home to find the family home in ruins. Sometime around 1870, Solomon rebuilt the home – albeit more modestly- from doors, windows and remnants of several small cabins that survived the fire of the main house. Today The Pace House consists of a parlor, a dining room, and a bridal suite which can be used as a private retreat for the bride and her attendants or event host. This modest frame house has a sense of history so tangible that you feel it from the moment you enter. Adjacent to The Pace House, The Old Pavilion, itself a Vinings landmark, was a place where old Atlanta Society entertained and danced the night away during the late 1800s and until the early 1900s. Today guests can use this historic property to make history for themselves. With a warm, rustic ambiance, The Pace House and The Old Pavilion feature a versatile reception area that is perfect for any occasion. Both buildings are connected to a spacious open deck area which can be a beautiful site for a ceremony and may also be transformed into your dance floor or cocktail area for your event. The Pace House and The Old Pavilion are operated by The Vinings Historic Preservation Society, a non-profit organization. All profit from event rentals goes towards the Society’s mission of maintaining and preserving these properties, along with The Yarbrough House, the Society’s headquarters across the street. As of May 2009, the Pace House has been added to the National Register of Historic Places. Set inside a full-scale, ship-shaped building along the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, the Titanic Museum Attraction brings the story of the RMS Titanic to life through authentic artifacts and immersive, hands-on exhibits. The museum traces back to a 1987 deep-sea expedition to the Titanic wreck site, co-led by founder John Joslyn, whose 44 days and 32 dives at the wreck directly inspired the attraction. Visitors can walk a full-scale replica of the Grand Staircase, touch water chilled to the Titanic's iceberg-night temperature of 28 degrees, and take a turn in the boiler room's coal-shoveling exhibit. Beyond self-guided tours, the museum's Grand Staircase and dining spaces open up for weddings, vow renewals, proposals, and corporate gatherings, presided over in some cases by a costumed First Officer and supported by dedicated event coordinators. Corporate groups can also book the space for meetings, galas, presentations, and team-building events set against the museum's collection of artifacts and full-scale re-creations.

Established in 1985, the Dakota Jazz Club & Restaurant occupies a multi-level space on Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis — one of the Twin Cities' few venues to pair a full chef-driven menu with live music performances seven nights a week. Originally opened in St. Paul, the Dakota relocated downtown and has since become a fixture of the local arts and dining community. For private events, the venue accommodates groups from 10 to 350 guests across a main dining room, two private dining rooms, and a mezzanine. A professional Meyer Sound system, full stage with set lighting, and large-screen monitors are available for presentations and live performances. Valet parking is available on-site.

The Inn at Oneonta is a historic three-story brick mansion set on 25 acres along the Ohio River in Melbourne, Kentucky, approximately 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. The property survived the Flood of 1937 and has been carefully restored to honor its heritage while offering a distinctive setting for weddings and private events. The estate encompasses a variety of spaces across the grounds: an intimate onsite chapel, an outdoor riverside gazebo, a high-peaked cathedral tent with elegant lighting and draping for receptions, a custom-built train station, and multiple patios and walking trails with river views. The property can accommodate events for up to 500 guests, with overnight accommodations available for up to 20 guests across the historic main house, guest house, and cottage. Riverside on the Potomac is a wedding and special event venue set along the Potomac River valley in Leesburg, Virginia. The property brings together several distinct spaces for events, including the Waterfall Terrace and Patio, the Historic Bank Barn, the Long Stable Gallery, and a reconstructed Log Chapel at the edge of the fields. The Waterfall Terrace and Patio overlooks a cascading waterfall and pond with views of the Potomac River valley, making it a favored spot for ceremonies and cocktail hours. Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs is a 680-acre historic preserve in northwest Las Vegas, built around four ponds and framed by views of the Sheep and Spring Mountain Ranges. The park's lush vegetation and wildlife create an environment distinctly unlike the surrounding desert landscape. Events are hosted in two dedicated settings. The Hay Barn, a restored historic structure managed by the City of Las Vegas, accommodates up to 250 guests for wedding receptions, banquets, and private celebrations. The adjacent Lakeside Courtyard and Courtyard Gazebo offers an outdoor setting for up to 275 guests, with pond views and mountain scenery as the backdrop. For larger gatherings, the combined spaces accommodate up to 550 guests. The venue permits outside licensed vendors for custom events, and weddings include up to one hour of complimentary rehearsal time prior to the ceremony. Lake Overholser Boathouse sits on the east shore of Lake Overholser, just south of the historic Route 66 bridge in west Oklahoma City. Recently renovated, the boathouse offers a serene, water-view setting as one of the venues in RiverSport OKC's Boathouse District, home to the district's "Boathouse Vows" wedding program. The venue accommodates up to 65 guests and is well suited to small weddings, receptions, family gatherings, and retreats. A landscaped outdoor area with a fire pit and seating extends the gathering space beyond the boathouse itself, and digital displays with HDMI hookups support videos, slideshows, or presentations inside. The Venue at 939 Adams is a historic event center in downtown Bowling Green, Kentucky, housed in one of the largest freestanding historic buildings in the city. The building dates to 1914 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places — it originally served as a tobacco processing facility and later became famous as the home of Mammoth Cave Twist. The space opened as an event venue in May 2017 and retains much of its original industrial character, including original hardwood floors and exposed brick. The venue spans more than 12,000 square feet across three stories and accommodates up to 720 guests, with seating for up to 400. The main event floor features a stage, a 32-foot wood-top bar with a pre-Civil War bathtub built into it, and a surround sound system that carries both indoors and out. A 2,000-square-foot private outdoor patio offers additional space for cocktail hours and receptions. Private preparation suites for the wedding party are also available on site. The venue welcomes weddings, corporate events, galas, and private celebrations of all kinds, with a fully open vendor policy that gives clients full flexibility in selecting their catering and other service providers.

Boxerwood Nature Center and Woodland Garden sits on 20 hilly acres in rural Rockbridge County, Virginia, between the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mountains near Lexington. The property traces back to a woodland garden planted by Dr. Robert E. Munger in the 1950s on former farmland; the nonprofit Boxerwood Education Association purchased the land in 1999 and opened it to the public, later earning Virginia's Environmental Education Center of Excellence designation in 2015. The grounds encompass five distinct habitats connected by pathways and trails, including woodlands, springs and ponds, open forests, and native plant areas. Visitor-friendly sections include the PlayTrail, an open Field used for summer concerts, the Lodge with its back patio, and the Pollinator Garden. The original Munger home now serves as the association's offices, alongside outbuildings and shelters scattered across the property. For gatherings, the Pavilion accommodates up to 30 guests and is available by advance reservation, with one complimentary annual rental included for Boxerwood Garden members. The grounds are open daily from dawn to dusk and welcome leashed pets.
