Housed in downtown Greenville's historic Huguenot Mill, the Huguenot Mill Loft at the Peace Center occupies the upper level of a textile mill built in 1882, one of the city's oldest structures. The 8,400-square-foot loft retains its original wood plank flooring, beam ceilings, exposed brick, and vintage architectural hardware, giving the space the feel of a SoHo artist loft while overlooking the Reedy River. The open floor plan and natural light from the mill's original windows suit weddings, corporate events, presentations, and large cocktail receptions alike, with room for up to 400 guests standing or 300 seated. An on-site prep area supports catered food service, and the space is ADA compliant with additional audio/visual and lighting options available for events. The loft sits within the Huguenot Mill building alongside the Freeman Conference Room and Ramsaur Studio on the ground level, part of the Peace Center's broader campus of event spaces in downtown Greenville.

The Cliffs Valley is a private mountain club community set in the Blue Ridge Mountains foothills near Travelers Rest, South Carolina, at roughly 3,100 feet of elevation. It is one of seven communities that make up The Cliffs, a private club network spanning South and North Carolina. At the center of The Cliffs Valley is a 28,000-square-foot clubhouse offering panoramic mountain views and dining. The property is built around a Ben Wright-designed parkland-style golf course, and the community also includes a 15,000-square-foot wellness center with indoor and outdoor pools, along with tennis and pickleball facilities that make up the largest program across The Cliffs communities. Sapphire Creek is a wedding and event venue in downtown Simpsonville, South Carolina, serving the Greenville, Simpsonville, Spartanburg, and greater Upstate South Carolina area. The venue's interior features custom artwork, including hand-cut tree silhouettes and creatively stained concrete floors, for a modern atmosphere with a touch of elegance. Both indoor and outdoor space are available on-site, including a courtyard area where a creek and carriage house create a backdrop for outdoor ceremonies. Sapphire Creek offers three tiers of event packages, allowing couples and hosts to plan a celebration down to the smallest detail. The Davenport is a full-service event and reception hall set inside a historic building in downtown Greer, South Carolina, with photos dating the property to around 1898. The venue offers a 2,500-square-foot banquet hall with hardwood floors and exposed brick, and clients are free to bring their own DJ, caterer, and florist rather than choose from a required vendor list. The hall accommodates up to 140 guests for a seated dinner with room for buffet tables, or up to 210 guests for a standing reception, and is used for weddings and receptions, rehearsal parties, company parties, seminars and training, holiday parties, birthday parties, and other special events. A kitchenette with a stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator is available for event use, along with wireless internet and on-site parking in the historic downtown Greer setting.

The Bleckley Inn is a boutique hotel and event venue in downtown Anderson, South Carolina, occupying one of the city's most historic sites. Heart pine wood flooring and exposed brick more than 100 years old sit alongside modern conveniences throughout the 22-room inn, which opened in March 2011. For weddings and private events, the Carriage House — once a historic livery stable — serves as the venue's largest and most popular space, with a covered courtyard featuring a center fountain and Pracht Alley, a lit alleyway connecting to Benson Street that's often used for photos and smaller gatherings. The Bleckley Station, which opened in January 2017 at a separate downtown address, adds roughly 10,000 square feet of event space beneath a skylight and soaring exposed trusses, with theatre curtains that can subdivide the room for more intimate settings. The Bleckley Inn Plaza, added in 2013 above J Peters Restaurant on Main Street, includes a rooftop event venue overlooking Main Street Square. The inn also offers the Benson Room and a conference room for meetings and retreats, along with a Dining Room that can be booked for private events such as baby showers, graduations, and rehearsal dinners. The grounds include a garden-filled courtyard with a pond and patio, hiking trails, and mountain views, with accommodations named for the property's rural buildings, including the Springhouse, Grainary, Hayloft, Carriage Bay, Huntbox, and Stables cottages alongside suites in the main Inn. For weddings, proposals, and private events, the Inn offers three adjoining spaces: the Grand Terrace, a 50-by-120-foot open-air terrace overlooking the Blue Ridge foothills; the Covered Arbor, a sheltered brick-patio space that keeps the surrounding landscape close while offering weather protection; and the Wine Bar, an indoor room with a fireplace and mountain views.
