The estate's grounds include a three-tiered ceremony garden with benches, ideal for outdoor vows, and a clear-top A-frame tent for receptions, set up with tables, white garden chairs, and full linens for celebrations of up to 100 guests, with capacity for additional guests available. Event packages include day-of coordination, a rehearsal hour, and attendant parking, along with add-ons such as DJ services, catering, florals, photography, and videography. Stribling Barn, built in the 1890s as one of the first brick barns in the state and now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The barn's rare bank-barn construction, decorative brick latticework, and jerkinhead roof give the space its distinct rustic-elegant character, with original timber beams and French-pressed brickwork preserved throughout. Weddings, corporate events, and family gatherings take place in the barn and on the adjoining Wedding Green, a garden ceremony space framed by ancient oaks and rolling pasture, with the historic structure as a backdrop. Both rental packages include full access to the barn and Wedding Green, tables and chairs for up to 150 guests, use of the bridal suite and groomsmen's changing areas, and an on-site venue manager during event hours.
