Maine Studio Works is a nearly 8,000 sq/ft turnkey production/photo studio, and private event rental space in the heart of the East Bayside neighborhood of Portland, Maine. The Founders Hall, built in 2021, was designed by Paul Lewandowski, Principal Architect at Paul Designs Project. This warm and inviting space features exposed cross-laminated timber, a sprung hardwood floor, a raised stage and two double-door load in options. The hall is attached to 317 Main's original building, a historic Italianate-style historic home, located on Main Street in Yarmouth, Maine. This lovely space is perfect for small Weddings, Class Reunions, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Graduation Parties, Anniversaries, Film Screenings, Corporate Events, Retirement Parties, Fairs or Expos. Hall rentals come with use of a gallery space on the same level and a small private outdoor garden space.

Built in 1899 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Munroe Inn is a restored Queen Anne-style bed and breakfast set on Pleasant Street in Auburn, Maine. The building retains many of its original architectural details — high ceilings, intricate crown molding, oak wainscoting, and stained-glass windows — alongside contemporary comforts added during a comprehensive restoration completed in 2019. The inn offers four named suites on the second floor: the Maria, Florence, Noble, and Horace. Each suite ranges from 420 to 620 square feet and includes a private bath, central air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. The property accommodates intimate gatherings and celebrates events for small groups in a setting that reflects more than a century of history. The Munroe Inn is dog-friendly and LGBTQ+ welcoming.

The surrounding grounds extend the venue's reach for larger parties, with the culinary team available to cater off-site as well. Pineland Farms is a working farm and event campus set on 200 acres across four Maine towns, with the heart of its developed land in New Gloucester. Owned by the nonprofit October Corporation and operated by Pineland Farms, Inc., the property spans fields, gardens, trails, and a central campus that has served as an agricultural and educational hub for the region. The Commons, situated at the center of campus, anchors the indoor event offerings with two divisible banquet rooms — the Mt. Washington Room and the Mt. Madison Room — together capable of hosting from intimate gatherings to receptions of more than 500 guests. Both rooms offer views of Mount Washington and the White Mountains, and the adjacent patio extends the space outdoors. A one-acre perennial garden across from the campus accommodates outdoor ceremonies and celebrations for up to 120 guests, set among more than 130 varieties of perennials, blueberry bushes, apple trees, and a seasonal display of 6,000 flowering annuals. Black Tie Catering & Events coordinates weddings and corporate events on property. Onsite guest accommodations are available through the Denekas House, a renovated residence built on a 19th-century stone foundation overlooking the farm and gardens.
