Lakeview Events Center occupies 100 acres in West Laurens, New York, on a former YMCA day camp that has been thoughtfully renovated into an outdoor events destination. The property centers on a private spring-fed lake and includes a vineyard, orchard, and woodlands spread across nine structures. The renovated lodge features 16-foot arched beams and a stone fireplace, opening onto a covered deck and natural stone patio with views of surrounding meadows. A 60-by-90 white wedding tent with detachable sides accommodates outdoor receptions in any season, while a lakeside gazebo provides a scenic ceremony setting. The venue is fully solar-powered — 48 panels generating over 90 million watts to date — and maintains a negative carbon footprint through on-site recycling stations throughout the property. Our 240-year-old barn was renovated with a full catering kitchen, electricity, and water for people. WEDDINGS We host a select number of weddings per year, from May through October. Engaged couples desiring a venue in a historic, natural setting will be delighted with the wedding packages at Hasbrouck House. Your ceremony takes place on the lawn near our 200 year old maple tree, cocktail hour by our on-site restaurant Butterfield, and reception celebrations will take place on our 3,750 sq ft bluestone patio, which can accommodate up to 150 for ceremony, cocktail, dinner and dancing. Butterfield at Hasbrouck House is the exclusive food and beverage partner for all of our events. We only host one wedding per weekend, and a full hotel buyout with a two night minimum stay is required of all weddings. We seek to provide you with a stunning serene setting and dedicated attentive service to make your wedding day unforgettable. Hasbrouck House offers a unique and sophisticated setting for your special day. The elegant mansion and lush surrounding grounds lend themselves to exclusive upscale weddings and private events. The neoclassical stone mansion rises above Otsego Lake, offering a backdrop of graceful architecture and sweeping lake views that have made it a designated National Register property. The estate hosts weddings, private dinners, corporate retreats, and social celebrations across two distinct spaces. The Grand Dining Room, with richly preserved interiors in the main hall, accommodates seated dinners for up to 20 guests. The Wood House, a separate building on the grounds, provides more flexible event space for up to 50 guests — suited to music events, reunions, showers, fundraisers, and corporate retreats. The Lake House Restaurant & Lodge sits on the shores of Canadarago Lake in Richfield Springs, New York, 15 miles from Cooperstown. Built in 1843, the property carries nearly two centuries of history — from its early days as a Prohibition-era speakeasy reportedly frequented by gangster Jack "Legs" Diamond, to its reinvention as a flourishing resort hotel in the 1930s under the stewardship of chef Andrew Canacaris. The Corrigan family has operated The Lake House since 1997, and the next generation is now continuing that tradition. For weddings and private events, the venue offers outdoor ceremony and reception space on its expansive lakefront lawns, an outdoor stage, and an indoor dining room and tavern. Catskill View Weddings & Events occupies Thor Icelandics, LLC., a working Icelandic horse farm in Claverack, New York — in the heart of Columbia County's Hudson Valley, two hours north of New York City and ten minutes from the city of Hudson. The farm is home to more than 50 Icelandic horses and is recognized as the only Icelandic horse farm in North America that operates as a wedding and event venue. Three distinct outdoor spaces — The Hill, the Upper Track, and the Lower Track — each accommodate up to 300 guests. The Hill commands a full 360-degree, unobstructed view of the Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountain range, with the sun setting directly over the mountains to the west; it is the venue's signature setting. The Upper Track, nestled in the heart of the farm and enclosed by woods on most sides, offers a more private atmosphere with exceptional acoustics. The Lower Track, located near the barnyard entrance, positions guests among active horse fields with the property's large barn visible in the near distance. The venue operates seasonally from late April through early November and hosts a limited number of events per year to preserve the farm's character. All outdoor amenities — tents, seating, catering, and utilities — are brought in through outside vendors, allowing each event to be fully customized within a landscape that is distinctly its own.

Red Maple Vineyard is a family-owned farm and vineyard event venue on 143 acres along the Hudson River in West Park, New York. Once a dairy farm, the property was developed into a wedding destination by Gary and Liz Stone — founders of Corner Stone Caterers, a gourmet catering company they established in 1992 after meeting at the Culinary Institute of America. Their daughter Shae is part of the team today. The grounds include a renovated 1800s cow barn, a reception pavilion, stone foundation ruins, walking trails, vineyards, orchards, and a great lawn, offering multiple distinct settings for ceremonies and receptions. The Barn features a grand piano, a bridal suite, and bar and lounge areas. All catering and event planning is handled in-house through Corner Stone Caterers. Seasonal menus draw from the venue's 2.5 acres of fruit and vegetable gardens, four acres of vineyard, and maple tree grove; the property also produces its own small-batch wine, beer, cider, and honey mead through RMV Cellars. Wedding packages include the cake, a full bar, staffing, linens, and a dedicated event coordinator.

Novellas is a family-owned, all-inclusive wedding and event venue in New Paltz, New York, situated just off the New York State Thruway between New York City and Albany. The grand ballroom seats up to 250 guests, while an outdoor bluestone patio hosts ceremonies for up to 150 seated guests. Novellas hosts one event per day, giving clients exclusive use of the full property — including two outdoor patio areas, a foyer for cocktail hour, a terrace with a waterfall feature, and after-party patios with bistro lighting. All packages are fully inclusive. In-house catering is led by Executive Chef Michael Garniero, a Culinary Institute of America educator with over 25 years of culinary experience.
