We'd be happy to provide you with information about the specific decorations during your rental time. We do not provide speakers or a sound system. Renters can bring a portable speaker from home for background music. Loud music is not allowed (i.e. if you want to hire a DJ, we are probably not the venue for you). Renters are expected to be respectful of neighbors and keep reasonable noise levels at all times.

Hilltown Commons is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit retreat and arts campus set on 100 acres in the historic village of Rensselaerville, in New York's Upper Hudson Valley — roughly 2.5 hours from New York City and 45 minutes from Albany. The campus traces its roots to 1924, when Laura Talmage Huyck opened her home to host "Country Forums on Human Relations," and has evolved through a century of programming centered on dialogue, learning, and community. The Guggenheim Pavilion anchors the campus with a fully A/V-equipped 180-seat auditorium, a renovated gallery, two large meeting rooms, a grand piano, and a dozen private offices available individually or as a package. The Pub occupies the Huyck family's original carriage house and seats up to 120 guests, serving chef-driven seasonal menus alongside natural wines, local beers, and specialty cocktails. The Altamura Center for the Arts & Cultures sits in Round Top, New York, in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains. Founded in 1970 by soprano Carmela Bucceri Altamura and her husband Leonard Altamura, the center grew from a performing arts school into a cultural organization known for its international voice competition and immersive summer opera institute — drawing faculty from institutions including La Scala. From April through November, the center opens its grounds for weddings and private events. The property offers a blend of indoor and outdoor spaces — including a tent, decks, and canopies — and accommodates gatherings of 100 or more guests. Spread across three floors of themed rooms, the property brings together a Farmhouse Bistro, Wine Cellar, bakery, and retail shop under one historic roof. Chef and owner Mustafa Sav, a native of Istanbul trained at the Klessheim International Hotel and Restaurant Management School in Salzburg, transformed the historic structure into a restaurant and event destination. His vision — rooted in both his culinary background and a long personal connection to Walton — brought new life to one of the region's most architecturally significant buildings.
