    Located on Virginia's Eastern Shore, The Chincoteague Center has served the town of Chincoteague since 1996, when it was built without taxpayer expense to support local commerce, tourism, and community use. Operated by the Town of Chincoteague, the center is recognized as the largest handicap accessible event venue on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. A modular wall system lets the center's 9,000 square feet reconfigure into spaces ranging from the full Grand Ballroom and Main Hall down to smaller classroom-style breakout rooms, accommodating anywhere from 40 to 600 guests. The venue hosts weddings, family reunions, corporate meetings and conferences, conventions, concerts, theatrical productions, tradeshows, and community events such as festivals and sports tournaments, and has welcomed groups including NASA, Ducks Unlimited, and Virginia Tourism.     Housed in a former Arlington County school building, the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington (MoCA Arlington) has occupied its location since 1976.
