The Mansion, which was completed in 1906, has a total floor area of 10,500 square feet. There is a whole floor dedicated to a wedding suite and bridal party room, which is ideal for getting ready for and documenting your important day. In addition to a designated Groom's Quarters that's excellent for the males, the main floor has enough of space for immediate family to congregate and get ready in. While this barn was previously a working dairy barn when it was built in 1907, it was totally renovated in 2013 and is now the home of New Community Church as well as a rustic and exquisite wedding location. The Barn can accommodate 300 guests for a ceremony and 200 guests for a reception. It features a raised stage, toilets, heat, and air conditioning. We can't wait to show you everything!

This beautiful event facility, which has been our exclusive venue for over 20 years, is located in the gorgeous 1900s-era old Fauntleroy Schoolhouse. The Hall at Fauntleroy, located in a peaceful tree-lined neighborhood yet only minutes from downtown Seattle, provides a variety of distinct indoor and outdoor settings. The ceilings are really high. Exposed brick adds warmth and texture to any room. There's also the charm of gentle light streaming in via wide windows that overlook a forested valley. There is a big raised dance floor in the Emerald Room, as well as an anteroom for the bride or other distinguished guests, among other amenities. It's a place that can accommodate up to 250 people yet feels both private and large at the same time. The Vashon Room is one of just a handful of indoor/outdoor event facilities in Seattle. The Vashon Room, with its high ceilings, simple, contemporary elements, and an abundance of natural light, is the ideal canvas for your creative vision to come to life. Immediately outside, there is the Garden Courtyard, a rich, planted setting with a groomed lawn, mature shrubs, and a meandering path—an inviting haven for an outdoor ceremony or reception. The Garden Courtyard can accommodate up to 200 guests. All event attendees of the Vashon Room also have access to The Studio, a cool, pleasant retreat where your guests may unwind and converse while playing billiards or sipping a glass during a break from the main event. Cave B Resort, which includes the Inn (Cliffhouses, Cavern rooms, and Yurts), as well as Tendrils Restaurant & Spa, was purchased by Michael and Helen Yi in the summer of 2017 from its original owners, Vince and Carol Bryan, who founded Cave B. The resort was rebranded as the Sagecliffe Resort and Spa after the Yi family sold their holdings to a private ownership group in December of 2020. Cave B Vineyards, Cave B Estate Winery, Stage B Amphitheatre, our beautiful Piazza, Willow pond, and the majority of the open lands that surround our vineyards were kept by the Bryan family. Aside from the fact that they once shared a driveway and a history, the Winery and the Resort (which includes the Inn, Restaurant, and Spa) no longer have any connection with one another. We are not jointly owned nor managed in any capacity. "The Winemaker's Lofts" can be found a short distance down the road from Cave B Estate Winery, perched precariously on the edge of the cliff. These lofts are privately owned, so they are not a part of Cave B. However, they are just a short walk away and look incredible. Come and take in the breathtaking scenery from the comfort of your own private loft, which features one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin bed (sleeping a total of four people), as well as a cozy sitting area, a small refrigerator, a bathroom, air conditioning, a heater, and your very own grassy picnic area, complete with a chaise lounge, tables, and chairs, and breathtaking views of the river. Reserve both this room and the one next door to accommodate a total of eight guests. In addition to complimentary Cave B wine tasting vouchers, guests will also receive vouchers for free concert parking in the Cave B Gorge concert lot (one voucher per room) (we are also walking distance to the Gorge if you prefer to walk). Red Cedar Farm sits on Lofall Road in Poulsbo, Washington, a property Andrea and Gregg bought as a family retreat in 1987 and then, over the years, filled with more than a thousand trees, a pumpkin patch, a hardy kiwi orchard, and an antique shop built from Gregg's own collecting habit. Weddings came later: the farm began hosting events after 2009, inspired by a local venue, and held its first wedding in 2012. It still books no more than one event per day. The centerpiece is the Barn, a heated reception space converted from a former chicken house and carport that seats 150. Ceremonies move outdoors to the Arbor or, when the weather insists otherwise, under the Pergola. The bridal party dresses in a suite with its own building for bridesmaids; the groom gets a 130-year-old restored barn to himself. Guests circulate through the Terrace courtyard, warm up at the stone fire pit, or find their way to the Arcade, a room of more than fifteen vintage pinball machines dating to the 1950s through the early '70s. The grounds still function as a working farm, with goats and donkeys on hand for the Farm & Play Area, a catering kitchen, four ADA-accessible restrooms, and parking for 25 cars — anyone else takes the shuttle.

Clear, dark skies over the valley make for notable stargazing at night. The ranch hosts small weddings, family reunions, and corporate retreats. Its rustic barn is the centerpiece: the upper level opens completely on one side, looking straight out over the meadows and mountains beyond. It suits an outdoor-style ceremony without leaving the property. A small on-site church is also available for couples who want to marry there. Cozy Rose Inn is a bed & breakfast set on six acres of gardens and pasture in Grandview, Washington, in the heart of the Yakima Valley wine country. Free-range chickens, rabbits, and a pair of friendly horses roam the grounds, giving the property a working-farm feel alongside its five Jacuzzi guest suites, each with a private entrance, king bed, fireplace, and a private deck overlooking the surrounding vineyards and countryside. A candlelight breakfast is delivered to each suite every morning. The inn also hosts elopements and small weddings. Highline SeaTac Botanical Garden sits on eleven acres adjacent to the North SeaTac Community Center, formed when two private gardens — the Elda Behm Paradise Garden and the Seike Family Japanese Garden — were slated for demolition to clear the flight path for SeaTac Airport's third runway. Community members came together to relocate both gardens, along with thousands of plants, to their current home in North SeaTac Park. More than six of the garden's eleven acres are now planted, bringing together a collection of themed spaces that includes the Hicks Rhododendron and Azalea Garden, Lins Peony Garden, Seattle Rose Society Celebration Garden, Seike Japanese Garden, and dedicated collections maintained by the King County Iris Society, Puget Sound Daylily Society, and the Puget Sound and Western Fuchsia Species Societies, along with a Sensory Garden. The nonprofit Highline Botanical Garden Foundation, guided by a volunteer board, continues to expand the grounds according to a long-term master plan. Admission is complimentary, and the garden is open from dawn to dusk every day, with leashed dogs welcome throughout the grounds.
