The Anchor Room offers amazing views of the Wando River from its lovely second-floor waterfront setting. The Anchor Room has a Cypress floor and two outside cocktail balconies, totaling 3,000 square feet. This unique event area includes several video displays and audio-visual equipment, as well as fully changeable lighting to suit any mood. We're one of the few reception sites in the Charleston area where the bridal party and guests can come and depart by boat. Harborside East is a waterfront venue located on Patriot's Point in Charleston and is considered to be the best in the city. With its breathtaking views of the Charleston skyline and harbor, it's an excellent choice for couples who want an elegant wedding with an outdoor ceremony on the water at the Charleston Harbor Hotel. Inside, the contemporary building boasts marble accents, sophisticated lighting, and panoramic views of the Ravenel Bridge, which is a landmark in the city. With four waterfront ceremony locations and a banquet facility with ample space for dancing, cocktails, and conversation, Harborside can accommodate weddings of all sizes. Your guests will be able to enjoy drinks while taking in the views of the harbor from the stainless steel indoor and outdoor bars. The banquet hall is made more spacious by the use of floor-to-ceiling glass windows. After 11 p.m., all amplified music must be turned off in public places. After 9 p.m., all outdoor amplified music must be turned off. If necessary, we can close off a portion of our patio with exterior flaps that can be lowered from the outside. It is necessary to have a LICENSED day of event coordinator. Neither a member of the wedding party nor a guest at the wedding may be this individual. A month before the event, they must provide a copy of their driver's license and meet with the venue manager to sign our coordinator agreement. Requests for recommendations for coordinators will be gladly accommodated by the venue. The host is required to provide Harborside with a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $500,000 (minimum), with Harborside East named as an additional insured party on the policy.

Historic Ballenger House is a circa-1925 residence in historic downtown Seneca, South Carolina, recognized as a site on the South Carolina National Heritage Corridor. Built by Grady Woodfin and Eleanor Ballenger, the home stayed in the family until 1979, when their son donated it to the newly formed Seneca Woman's Club, which has owned and maintained it ever since. The main-floor Magnolia Room seats up to 48 guests and suits weddings, receptions, meetings, and fundraisers, while an upstairs conference room, converted from a bedroom in 2019, accommodates 10 to 12 for smaller gatherings. Both spaces come with audiovisual equipment and complimentary internet access included in the rental. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Seneca Woman's Club sustains the property through membership, rentals, and fundraising, directing a portion of rental proceeds toward scholarships for local high school students.
