Thank you so much for your interest in our location! The banquet hall, riverside covered porch, and open lower deck on the Ashley River are all included in the rates, as well as tables, chairs, linens, setup, and breakdown. We do have a preferred catering list, however you are responsible for all beverages and leftovers. Please shoot us an email to inquire about availability! The Flag Room can hold up to 175 people, while the riverside porch and terrace can hold up to 125, for a total of 300 people. On the Ashley River, we're inside the Charleston City Marina. For your convenience, a full-service commercial kitchen is available for final meal preparation by one of our preferred caterers. You provide all of the drinks and take all of the leftovers home with you. There are no corkage fees. There is no need to rent a dance floor because the Flag Room is 2067 square feet and has hardwood floors. We don't have a noise regulation, so you can have a band or DJ play inside or on the terrace. There are newly refurbished changing rooms and showers, as well as a bridal sequester room where you may be dressed on the spot. Holly Tree Country Club sits in Simpsonville, South Carolina, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, with an 18-hole golf course designed by George Cobb woven through the property. Alhambra Hall is tucked away in Mount Pleasant's Old Village neighborhood. There are no conflicts between events because we only organize one event per day. Alhambra Hall's primary rental space, which is a well-liked location for weddings and celebrations, is about 3,280 square feet. The main hall is 80 feet long and 40 feet broad. 350 people can fit in the building at most. For a sit-down meal, the main hall can accommodate 200 people comfortably. All rentals may conclude as late as midnight on Saturday through Thursday and 1 a.m. on Friday. However, please remember that the fee of your nighttime rental covers using the space for an event that lasts no more than six (6) hours. Plan properly for your start and end hours.
