- 1 Ballroom
- 1 Historic Space
The Cadre Building is a 36,000-square-foot historic landmark in downtown Memphis, built in 1928 at the height of the Art Deco movement and open for events year-round. Its rooms carry the architecture of that era throughout, with crystal chandeliers, hand-painted gold-leaf molding on the columns, a wall of large gold mirrors, and a grand staircase setting a classic tone for weddings, corporate galas, quinceañeras, and other celebrations. Every booking includes access to all three of the venue's levels: the 13,000-square-foot grand ballroom, the overlooking 2,500-square-foot mezzanine, and an additional landing area, giving planners room to shape ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception across distinct spaces in the same building. Cocktail hour is most often held on the mezzanine, with views down into the ballroom below. The Cadre Building's in-house team handles setup and breakdown, and rentals include gold chiavari chairs, table options, linens, and a green room alongside separate bridal and groom suites for getting ready. A dedicated pool of TABC-certified bartenders staffs events, and an on-site manager and WiFi are included with every rental.

Johnston Woods sits on 375 wooded acres about 20 minutes north of Chattanooga, in McDonald, Tennessee. The property traces back to the 1940s, when the Johnston family donated 400 acres of woodland, before Broad Street United Methodist Church transformed it into a retreat and event center in the 1980s. The grounds combine forest, trails, and a lake, giving weddings, retreats, corporate events, and reunions a natural, faith-centered backdrop. Several venues on the property serve different event sizes. Hurt Lodge is built with wood beam construction, stained concrete floors, and a rock fireplace, and can be paired with its outdoor deck for larger gatherings. The Woodland Center, the newest facility at 4,500 square feet, opens onto a back deck facing the field and sunset, making it suited to large weddings and receptions. Lakeside, set at Hurt Lake, hosts ceremonies and photos against the water, with paddle boarding, canoeing, fishing, and swimming available nearby. Catering is handled in-house by chef Ceasar Thomas, with outside caterers also permitted, and the venue does not allow alcohol on the property. Guests can also make use of hiking and biking trails, fire pits, and lodge-style accommodations that sleep up to 100 people.

Bluff Mountain Inn is a five-acre private estate in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, part of the Bluff Mountain Weddings collection, which has hosted weddings in the area for nearly 20 years. The property is built around a full-weekend destination wedding experience, giving couples exclusive access to the entire estate rather than a single room or day. The centerpiece is the Barn, a 2,400-square-foot covered space with open-air windows on three sides and sides that roll down for weather protection, making it suited to both indoor and outdoor-style receptions for up to 150 guests. It's outfitted with a serving station, chairs, tables, linens, audio equipment, outdoor heaters, ceiling fans, a vintage chandelier, and a stage area for a DJ or band. For ceremonies, the Country Chapel offers a more traditional setting: built in 2007 and modeled after the vintage chapels of Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains, it seats around 75 people in pews imported from a church in West Virginia. Smaller gatherings of 50 or fewer can use the climate-controlled Garden Reception Room, which opens through large doors onto a deck that can double as a dance floor. Beyond the event spaces, the estate includes a private bridal suite for hair and makeup, a groom's lounge with a bar, game room, and pool table, and on-site lodging with six bedrooms and six bathrooms so the wedding party can stay through the weekend.

The Museum of Appalachia sits on 60 pastoral acres in Clinton, Tennessee, where founder John Rice Irwin spent half a century gathering the everyday tools, tools, and stories of Southern Appalachia into a living pioneer village. Some three dozen historic log structures, including cabins, barns, churches, and schools, stand alongside gardens and free-range farm animals behind split-rail fences, and three exhibit buildings house over 250,000 folk-art, musical, and textile artifacts. The Museum became a Smithsonian Affiliate in 2007. That rolling, historic backdrop makes the grounds a distinctive setting for weddings and private events. Couples can choose from several outdoor ceremony and reception sites, among them the Grist Mill Field, the Cantilever Barn Field, and the Hall of Fame Lawn, or move indoors to a barn-style reception hall with a full-prep kitchen and antique serving bars. For smaller, more intimate ceremonies, the Museum's 19th century log chapel offers an authentic alternative to its larger outdoor fields. The venue also hosts corporate meetings, trade shows, and group outings against the same rustic backdrop.

Four ceremony sites give couples a mix of indoor and outdoor settings: the Vine Arbor, tucked among natural muscadine vines; the Upper Lawn, set beside the vineyard with sweeping valley views; the Lower Lawn, a quiet forest setting suited to more personalized layouts; and the Grand Hall itself, which doubles as a climate-controlled backup for outdoor ceremonies. Ramble Creek operates as an all-inclusive venue, handling catering, cake and desserts, floral design, DJ and sound, hair and makeup, coordination, an ordained officiant, guest shuttles, and décor all with its own in-house teams, including a full-time Executive Chef who prepares every dish in a dedicated on-site kitchen. The Bridal Suite offers six styling stations along with a lounge and private bathroom, while the Groom's Quarters sits beneath the Grand Hall with its own lounge, games, and private restrooms.
