The Chateau Lill is widely regarded as the best event venue in the Woodinville area. With a property that is 10 acres in size and boasts immaculate grounds, including lush rolling lawns, ponds, and a small farm that is surrounded by tall fir trees. The actual chateau has a room called the Barrel Room and a room called the Grand Room. During the peak summer season, there is also a tented open-air terrace outside. Other concealed enclaves can be discovered in the upper lawn, the vineyard lawn, high up in the chateau tower, or at the popular gazebo that is tucked away next to our picturesque pond. Two separate floors combine the best of old and new with leather-wrapped columns, massive old growth timber, exposed brick walls, and vintage car decking merge gracefully with blackened steel, and state-of-the-art building systems. An abundance of windows allows stunning, natural light to flood the space. Rooms and Capacity Upstairs, the Bert & Tot Ballroom is perfectly suited for elegant sit-down dinners, fanciful ceremonies, and dancing the night away. Located on the second floor, the space provides urban views of downtown Seattle. Its interior features beautiful oak floors, brick, and board-formed concrete walls with blackened steel elements throughout.
