Its centerpiece is a white cottage built between 1860 and 1880 and purchased in 1909 by Allison Mayfield, a former Texas Secretary of State and Railroad Commission chairman, whose family added the cottage's porches and a stone-and-wood pergola patio. Just under two acres of walled garden surround the cottage, with water lily and lotus ponds enclosed by antique rock walls, 32 volunteer-tended garden beds, and the largest stand of Sabal Texana palm trees north of the Rio Grande. Free-roaming peafowl, descended from birds gifted to the park in 1937, along with herons, koi, and turtles, share the grounds. The property hosts small private gatherings, including weddings, baby showers, proposals, and memorial services, as well as meetings, lectures, classes, and small retreats. Built in 1949 on a 280-acre homestead in Sunset Valley, just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, the Brodie Homestead barn spent nearly 50 years housing cattle, horses, and donkeys before its 2011 purchase by Daniel and Vicki Ross, owners of Austin's Allan House. After an extensive renovation, the family-owned venue opened for events in 2014, and its 38-foot wooden gambrel roof, original cathedral-like ceilings, and large stone walls remain from the historic structure. Six crystal chandeliers, rafter uplighting, and Edison bulb globe lighting illuminate the barn wood and white limestone interior, while custom white draping can divide the more than 4,200 square feet of indoor space into smaller areas. Brodie Homestead hosts weddings, corporate events, holiday celebrations, and non-profit fundraisers, accommodating up to 350 guests standing or 250 seated for a reception, with rentals including exclusive use of the space for 10 hours, two private loft changing suites, a catering prep kitchen, and a stone wall hook system for hanging greenery and florals. Outdoor walkways surround the building, and nearby green space is available for portraits and ceremony photography. Rentals also include a complimentary two-hour bridal portrait or engagement session and a complimentary one-hour ceremony rehearsal, along with an on-site manager and security officer present throughout each event.

Its stained glass windows and intricate wooden detailing make it one of the last remaining examples of Victorian architecture in the city, and it holds both Texas Historic Landmark (1965) and City of Austin Historic Landmark (1974) status. The venue has been owned and operated by the Austin Woman's Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, since 1929. The mansion offers a sequence of spaces for weddings and private events, from the Grand Entryway Foyer with its stained glass and hand-carved woodwork to the Grand Ballroom, which seats up to 175 guests beneath hardwood flooring and a raised stage for a band or DJ. Outdoors, the brick Ceremony Courtyard seats up to 165 guests facing its magnolia tree, or up to 150 facing the Chateau itself, with an adjoining terrace suited to cocktail hour. Limestone entryways and balconies overlooking the downtown skyline offer additional backdrops for photography. The Grand Ballroom is ADA accessible via elevator and includes gray upholstered chairs, with a Chiavari chair upgrade available. Two private getting-ready rooms with separate entrances give wedding parties space to prepare before the ceremony.

The menu spans all eight regional styles of Chinese cuisine — Anhui, Cantonese, Fujian, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shandong, Szechuan, and Zhejiang — built from ingredients sourced from local farms, ranches, and markets, alongside a Sunday dim sum service. The dining room's eclectic decor, with dark finishes and pops of color, pairs with a full bar known for tiki cocktails like the Texan's Take On Tiki, the Nole Gingko, and the Green Dragon, plus beer, wine, and zero-proof options — a fitting backdrop for date nights, family dinners, and group dim sum brunches alike. Housed in the 1878 Millett Opera House in downtown Austin, The Austin Club occupies a building once second in size and grandeur only to Galveston's opera house, with 24-inch limestone walls, a hand-painted ceiling, and a balcony original to its performance-hall days. Notable figures from John Philip Sousa to William Jennings Bryan once appeared on its stage before the building later served as a skating rink, a Knights of Columbus hall, and a public school property. The Austin Club, founded in 1949, has leased and restored the building since 1979. Moon Flower Hill is a 15-acre private estate above Lake Travis in Volente, Texas, about 30 minutes northwest of downtown Austin. The property is built around its ancient oak groves, with Luna Manor, the Pavilion, and the Veranda all sited beneath the canopy, alongside rolling lawns and a Lake Travis overlook. Luna Manor, a 6,000-square-foot mansion, seats 90 guests indoors, while the 3,600-square-foot Pavilion seats up to 250 and doubles as a rain-plan backup for outdoor ceremonies. The Veranda adds a covered, indoor-outdoor space anchored by a grand fireplace. Rental includes tables, chairs, on-site parking, day-of venue staff, and access to the Luna Room and Oak Room getting-ready suites for the wedding party.
