This is an elegant and unique setting. Weddings at Reid Castle are truly one-of-a-kind and unforgettable occasions. When you have your wedding here, you will have complete access to all of the Shakespearean décor rooms on the first floor, which you can use however you see fit. Our magnificent garden terraces and patio, which are a feature of the castle, are also available for you and your guests to enjoy. In recognition of your presence as our special guest, we only host one reception per day, allowing you and your bridal party to arrive early to get dressed, take some pre-wedding photos, or simply relax for a few minutes before the festivities begin. Reid Castle's history dates back to the marriage of Whitelaw Reid and his wife, Elizabeth, in 1888, who had a vision of transforming their country home into the legendary architectural and landscaping landmark that it is today. To host your event at Reid Castle is to become a part of a history that began with the marriage of New York Tribune owner Whitelaw Reid and his wife, Elizabeth, in 1888. Every aspect of this jewel in the crown of Westchester's grand estates is influenced by the couple's time in France, where Whitelaw served as American Ambassador at the time. Everything about this building, from the marbled wonder of the gloriously gleaming entrance hall to the grand reception rooms, which include original chambers imported from historic French chateaux, represents the pinnacle of that period's architectural aesthetic, preserved to polished perfection in all of its original detail. All of this — including the entire grand ground floor — is exclusively yours for the duration of your wedding reception. Reid Castle's policy of catering to only one wedding party per day ensures that we can maintain a level of exclusive service and culinary standards that are on par with the rest of the estate's offerings. Its grounds were designed by Fredrick Law Olmsted, the visionary landscape architect who created Central Park. Guests will enjoy the rolling views that stretch all the way to the waters of Long Island Sound, which will be visible through French doors that open to elegant terraces and other possibilities for seasonal party planning. All of this is conveniently located near major air, rail, and interstate connections. Despite this, it is a world away from anything else that anyone else in such close proximity to metropolitan New York can provide.

Sony Hall is a one-of-a-kind venue that flawlessly blends its incredible history and breathtaking design with the Sony Corporation’s state-of-the art technology. First opened in 1938 by theatrical showman and impresario Billy Rose, the venue—formerly known as the Diamond Horseshoe—was famous for its dinner theater shows, vaudeville-style revues, and a chorus of showgirls called “Billy Rose’s Long-Stemmed Beauties.” It quickly became one of the most iconic venues of the vaudeville era, and was later known for the off-Broadway hit “Queen of the Night”. In 2009, the French renaissance, art deco and baroque detailed building received architectural recognition by being designated a New York City landmark. After “Queen of the Night” closed, the space reopened as Sony Hall in 2018—a multi-genre live music hall—leaving much of the venue’s dynamic design intact. The landmark space has been restored and now offers a personalized experience for any private event as a full-service venue. Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan near Times Square and connected to the Paramount Hotel, Sony Hall is the place to go if you’re looking for a stunning private event venue that can cater to your every need. With an open floor plan, two full bars and the ability to create a catwalk, as well as an additional center stage, Sony Hall can be reinvented to suit your personalized specifications.

Boscobel opened as a nonprofit museum sixty years ago. Built between 1804 and 1808, it was originally the dream house of wealthy Loyalists. By the 1950s, after falling into disrepair, it was demolished. Preservationists saved as many architectural fragments as possible and reassembled them fifteen miles north, where the Neoclassical mansion was restored back to—and even beyond—its original grandeur. Boscobel was saved as a beautiful piece of art. Now an esteemed Historic House Museum containing one of the finest collections of decorative arts from the Federal period, Boscobel offers admission to 68 acres of our grounds, featuring lush gardens and a woodland trail. Located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, Boscobel directly overlooks Constitution Marsh toward the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, showcasing dramatic views of the Hudson River.
