The property, owned by The Persistence Foundation, takes its name from Nipmoose Creek, which runs along the farm's border, and is managed as working conservation land cultivated by a local farm family. The Scottish Barn spans 1,800 square feet and accommodates up to 180 seated or 230 standing guests; the German Barn, at 1,380 square feet, seats up to 106 or holds 150 for a cocktail reception.
