The Mouzon House is a restored 1883 Victorian estate in Saratoga Springs, New York, offering boutique private events anchored in New Orleans-inspired, farm-to-table cuisine. The property carries a rich history: Ardelle Mouzon-McCoy acquired the home in 1919 and successfully fought its demolition during 1970s urban renewal with support from her church and Skidmore College professors. The Pedinotti family later purchased and restored the house to its original 1883 aesthetic, adding interior murals depicting both family histories and garden imagery. The estate accommodates up to 60 guests for a seated dinner in its largest single room, and up to 120 for cocktail-style receptions across the full house — which includes private dining rooms, a wraparound porch, and a large open-air covered patio. The venue suits boutique weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, showers, birthday celebrations, and family reunions. Menus are customized to each event with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, craft cocktails, and wine pairings. The Mouzon House operates with a strong commitment to sustainability, from its partnerships with local farmers to an events model that tailors food quantities to confirmed guest counts to minimize waste.

Champlain Valley Alpacas is a family-owned, 80-acre working farm in the Green Mountains of Vermont, run by the same family since 1998, where alpacas and grass-fed beef cattle are raised alongside a small vineyard. In 2011 the family opened the Vermont Wedding Barn, a do-it-yourself event venue seating up to 300 guests for weddings, proms, quinceañeras, birthday parties, anniversaries, and other celebrations. Couples choose their ceremony setting from options that include an open field or the property's own vineyard, both with views of the Adirondacks, and can decorate under a Pagoda-style redwood arbor or a rustic Adirondack-style arbor. The barn itself comes pre-lit with soft white string lighting and includes a contained bar area and a separate DJ or band space, along with round and rectangular tables and up to 250 complimentary white chairs. A signature feature of a Champlain Valley Alpacas wedding is the farm's alpaca herd, which guests can meet and photograph, including the venue's "Running of the Alpacas" moment. Wedding parties are given access to the property for four days — Thursday and Friday for setup and rehearsal, Saturday for the event, and Sunday for cleanup — and the bride and bridesmaids can stay overnight in the property's complimentary Poolside Cottage.

The Middlebury Inn has anchored the village green in Middlebury, Vermont since 1827, when Nathan Wood opened it as the Vermont Hotel. Renamed the Addison House in 1852 and substantially renovated under Allen Calhoun beginning in 1897, the property reopened as The Middlebury Inn in 1927 and has operated continuously for more than 180 years. The adjacent Porter Mansion, an 1825 brick home with a curved staircase and marble fireplaces, joined the inn in 1941 and holds nine Victorian guest rooms, while twenty modern annex units followed in 1968. Set in the heart of the Champlain Valley overlooking Middlebury's town green, the inn pairs its historic character — antique grandfather clocks, carved mantelpieces, and Victorian-accented guest rooms — with amenities including Morgan's Tavern restaurant, Waterfalls Day Spa, a business center, and complimentary fitness center access. For events, the inn offers the Founder's Room, a high-ceiling ballroom with crown molding and a working marbled fireplace overlooking the town square, along with an outdoor courtyard nestled between two of its historic buildings — settings suited to weddings, elopements, corporate meetings, and private celebrations.

Hildene is a compound word composed of two old English words: ""Hil,"" which means ""hill,"" and ""dene,"" which means ""valley with stream."" It was named after Robert and his wife Mary's Vermont home, which sits atop a hill with sweeping views of the Taconic Mountains to the west, the Green Mountains to the east, and the Battenkill River, which flows through the great Battenkill Valley below. Hildene was built by the Lincolns as a summer residence around the turn of the twentieth century. Robert Todd Lincoln was the only child born to Mary Todd Lincoln and Abraham Lincoln who lived to adulthood. As a young man in the summer of 1864, he came to Manchester to meet up with his mother and brother Tad at the Equinox Hotel, where he stayed for a few days. He returned some forty years later to purchase 392 acres of land on which he would construct what he would refer to as his ancestral home. Robert was the president of the Pullman Company at the time, which was the largest manufacturing corporation in the United States. Peggy Beckwith, Abraham Lincoln's great-granddaughter and the last Lincoln descendant to reside at Hildene, expanded the estate's land holdings by purchasing additional land. Her will stipulated that Hildene be given to the Church of Christ, Scientist in accordance with her grandmother's wishes when she died in 1975. The will stipulated that Hildene should be kept as a memorial to the Lincoln family by the Church of England. When the Church realized it was not in a financial position to do so, it didn't take long for the decision to be made, and plans were quickly put in place to sell Hildene to developers. The Church's plans for Hildene were discovered by local neighbors and community members, who fought to save the property. After three years in court, they were finally successful in obtaining the right to purchase Hildene. The Friends of Hildene, a non-profit organization, raised the funds necessary to purchase the estate in 1978, and then began the lengthy process of restoring the house and formal garden. A Georgian revival mansion and 14 historic buildings dot the 412-acre estate, which includes the home, formal garden, and observatory; the Welcome Center and The Museum Store in the historic carriage barn; the 1903 Pullman car, Sunbeam; and Hildene Farm. The estate has been in the same family for four generations. An 1832 schoolhouse still serves as a teaching greenhouse and composting facility, as well as vegetable gardens and an apple orchard in the lower portion of the property (the dene). The farm also includes a solar-powered goat dairy and cheese-making facility and a teaching greenhouse and composting facility in the lower portion of the property (the dene). Aside from hosting agricultural and environmental courses throughout the school year, the dene also serves as a classroom for Burr & Burton Academy high school students. Hildene's deep commitment to conservation, stewardship, and sustainability, as well as its mission Values into Action, are embodied in the BBA-Hildene program, which is completely immersive.
