The Ocean City Yacht Club is a historic waterfront venue on Great Egg Harbor Bay in Ocean City, New Jersey. Founded in 1901, the club has served its community for more than a century and opens its bayfront clubhouse for weddings and private parties. The Farmhouse is a 340-year-old historic estate set on more than 10 acres in Hampton, New Jersey. Original stone fireplaces built from European ship ballast stones, reclaimed barn wood, and mature landscaping shape a property that feels genuinely rooted in place — complemented by a restored Pennsylvania barn, a 19th-century schoolhouse, and a landscape landmark known as the Kissing Tree. Two distinct event spaces anchor the venue. The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 265 guests beneath crystal chandeliers and alongside a stone fireplace, with wide-plank floors and reclaimed wood walls framing celebrations from intimate dinners to large receptions. The Silo, a reconstructed Pennsylvania barn, hosts up to 170 guests under soaring exposed beams and a two-story brick fireplace, well-suited for smaller gatherings that call for warmth and character. The Utica Zoo is an AZA-accredited nonprofit zoo set within Roscoe-Conkling Park in Utica, New York — a historic landscape designed by Frederick Law Olmstead Jr. From modest beginnings in 1914, following Thomas R. Proctor's 1909 land donation, the zoo has grown to encompass over 99 species across 67 acres. It is open 363 days a year and has been operated by the Utica Zoological Society since 1964. The Merchant's House Museum is New York City's only family home to survive intact — inside and out — from the 19th century. It was the first building designated under New York City's 1965 Landmarks Preservation Law and remains one of only six residential interior landmarks in the city. The Tredwell family occupied the residence from 1835 until 1933, and more than 3,000 of their original belongings remain in place. The museum is also recognized as Manhattan's only documented site of the Underground Railroad open to the public. At Willow Spring Vineyards, we can make your fantasy come true, whether it's an exquisite setting, rustic charm, or a green facility. This hidden gem, only 30 miles north of Boston, is the ideal venue for your big day. Willow Spring Vineyards is a picture-perfect location for unforgettable events in our hand-hewn post and beam barn, which sits on more than twenty acres of land. The barn can accommodate up to 99 people for events. A large landscape project completed in 2015 resulted in a lovely lawn area and patio with a stunning fireplace. This grass is large enough to accommodate a tent for up to 200 people. In the year 2000, Jim and Cindy Parker bought a dilapidated barn and a plot of land from Mary Ray. We started the adventure with a strong focus on restoration and agriculture. Beginning with the dismantling of the eighteenth-century building, we began mapping and marking each piece in preparation for potential re-assembly. The edifice was pulled down piece by piece and logged for rebuilding with the help of family, friends, neighbors, and passers-by. For the huge space, an energy efficient system was designed as part of the green building planning. This barn is truly green, thanks to geothermal heating and cooling and a photovoltaic system (solar panels). Our two acres of grapes surround the beautiful 18th century barn, which can easily be seen from the road. The magnificent 25+ acres continue behind the barn, which may be appreciated from the wraparound deck or in front of the majestic hearth.
