This warm and inviting space features exposed cross-laminated timber, a sprung hardwood floor, a raised stage and two double-door load in options. The hall is attached to 317 Main's original building, a historic Italianate-style historic home, located on Main Street in Yarmouth, Maine. This lovely space is perfect for small Weddings, Class Reunions, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Graduation Parties, Anniversaries, Film Screenings, Corporate Events, Retirement Parties, Fairs or Expos. Hall rentals come with use of a gallery space on the same level and a small private outdoor garden space.

Granite Ridge Estate & Barn is a private mountain wedding venue set on 200 acres in Norway, Maine. Perched along a 1,000-foot ridgeline, the property offers panoramic mountain views from every corner of the grounds and is available for exclusive full-weekend buyouts — guests rent the entire estate from Thursday through Sunday, with the Estate Lodge, Barn, and wooded ceremony site all included. The centerpiece of the property is a 3,500-square-foot hand-crafted timber frame barn with a 28-foot cathedral ceiling, a wall of windows framing the surrounding mountains, a side patio suited for cocktail receptions, and climate-controlled interiors year-round. The barn accommodates up to 233 guests and features newly constructed rustic bathrooms on site. The Estate Lodge, a timber frame structure with an 18-foot cathedral ceiling and a large granite fireplace, sleeps 14 to 16 guests on property — with a total of 46 sleeping accommodations available across on-site and nearby rentals. Owned by the nonprofit October Corporation and operated by Pineland Farms, Inc., the property spans fields, gardens, trails, and a central campus that has served as an agricultural and educational hub for the region. The Commons, situated at the center of campus, anchors the indoor event offerings with two divisible banquet rooms — the Mt. Washington Room and the Mt. Madison Room — together capable of hosting from intimate gatherings to receptions of more than 500 guests. Both rooms offer views of Mount Washington and the White Mountains, and the adjacent patio extends the space outdoors. The property features 850 feet of lake frontage on Maine's second-largest lake, offering a waterfront setting that has defined the estate for over a century. The main lodge was constructed with local carpenters and more than 30 skilled Italian masons, and it remains notable for its great room fireplaces, which were personally designed by original owner Dorothy Spaulding, with each stone selected and specified by hand. A stone mausoleum, century-old rhododendrons, a carriage house, and a boathouse round out the historic grounds. After nearly five decades as a church conference center, the property was purchased in 2011 and restored to its original character. Outdoor ceremonies and receptions take place beneath a white wedding tent set among the fruit trees. The package includes 20 handmade farmhouse tables, wooden chairs, a dance floor, perimeter tent lighting, and a choice of dinnerware, glassware, and linens. Day-of event coordination is included, along with access to a commercial kitchen for caterers and indoor restrooms for guests.
