The Colonnade Club occupies Pavilion VII on the Lawn at the University of Virginia, the oldest building in Thomas Jefferson's Academical Village, whose cornerstone was laid in 1817 in a ceremony attended by Presidents Jefferson, Madison, and Monroe. The Academical Village is recognized on the UNESCO World Heritage List for its international cultural significance. Founded in 1907 by forty-two UVA faculty members to foster social, cultural, and intellectual exchange, the Club has grown to more than 1,000 members drawn from faculty, staff, alumni, and university supporters. Its event spaces range from small meeting rooms accommodating 8 to 12 people to larger gathering spaces that can host between 20 and 165 guests, suited to weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, birthdays, retirement parties, seminars, and panels. The Tailgate Club is an Ohio State-themed event center in Heath, Ohio, just outside of Columbus, comfortably fitting up to 225 guests for birthday parties, graduations, wedding receptions, retirement parties, corporate events, and football watch parties. The space includes comfortable seating, retro booths, and bar seating, with a hardwood floor refinished by the venue's owners as part of the original renovation. Rental includes tables, chairs, parking, and Wi-Fi, with no hidden service charges. Hosts are free to bring their own caterers or vendors and can dress the space up or down with their own decorations, or lean into the venue's existing Ohio State decor for a built-in party theme. The Tailgate Club is owned by Phil and Lee Manogg, longtime residents of the Heath and Newark area who purchased and renovated the building themselves.

Acme Feed and Seed occupies a Nashville landmark on Lower Broadway built in 1890, a building that spent more than fifty years as Acme Feed & Hatchery, a local farm supply store known for its Grand Ole Opry appearances, before sitting vacant and reopening in 2014 as a restaurant, live music venue, and event space. The building's history is still visible throughout, from exposed brick walls to reclaimed wood details that give the venue its character. The venue spans multiple floors, each suited to a different kind of gathering. The second floor works well for semi-private cocktail parties, launch events, and networking gatherings, with booths and lounge seating for guests. The rooftop offers views over the city for cocktail hours and casual celebrations. It took Mark many years to transform this beloved property into these lovely meadows and the enchanted bamboo forest. It was twilight in the summer when Mark's wife Deborah and her husband first visited the property. To get to the pasture, they had to ascend through a bamboo forest (where the barn is now). She turned to her husband and said, "This place is magical," as the horses approached them. This land was created to be enjoyed and shared by all. In order for this location to live on as a part of Mark's heritage, Deborah created it.
