Our 22 elegantly designed guest rooms offer a peaceful retreat, complemented by a casual fine dining restaurant, a swimming pool and swimming pond, and genuine Vermont hospitality. Often described as an exclusive adult sleepaway camp, Edson Hill is a place to relax, unwind, and celebrate with your closest family and friends. We provide on-site accommodations for up to 59 guests, with room rates averaging $650 per night, inclusive of a gourmet daily breakfast, taxes, and gratuities. A two-night minimum applies, with rates subject to change during peak foliage season. Led by Chef Dylan Taylor, our award-winning farm-to-table restaurant offers exceptional wedding catering, featuring local ingredients, premium wines, signature cocktails, and craft microbrews. The Community Sailing Center is a community-based nonprofit organization providing access, education, and recreation on Lake Champlain for almost 8,000 people annually. The new Community Waterfront Center is a vital hub on the shores of the lake where community members and visitors to Burlington gather to play and learn on the lake together. We engage our community with the lake through a wide range of educational and recreational programs that extend an open invitation to everyone regardless of age, gender, race, physical ability, or the means to pay. Our Signature Programs are specially designed for students, at-risk youth, women and girls, and individuals with disabilities, enabling underserved populations to access and take ownership of Lake Champlain. Our educational programs engage students in lake ecology and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) using sailing, place-based and experiential learning to meet the needs of local schools and their students. Additionally, our beautiful waterfront facility, constructed in 2017, is available to our community to rent for gatherings and events.
