Silver Swan Bayside is a big dining area with magnificent views of the Chesapeake Bay, located just five miles from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. From the dining area, French doors lead to our enormous, tented pavilion. For a cocktail-themed event, we can accommodate up to 230 guests, or up to 200 for a seated event. Our grassy lawn and boardwalk, which overlook the shore, are ideal for a picturesque ceremony and reception.   Glenview Mansion is a 1926 Neo-Classical Revival estate listed on the National Register of Historic Places, set within Rockville's 153-acre Civic Center Park. Built to entertain, the mansion retains its original character — exotic marble floors, formal boxwood gardens, ornamental fountains, and stone archways — while serving today as a full-service event venue operated by the City of Rockville, Maryland. The mansion's first floor opens into a suite of interconnected social rooms, each with its own character: the marble-floored Conservatory with dazzling lighting, the window-lined Dining Room and Library, and the Living Room with direct access to the Formal Gardens. Every rental includes use of the entire home, the front mall, and the surrounding grounds, which can accommodate up to 200 guests for ceremonies, receptions, and tented events. A separate Civic Center Cottage on the property is available for small gatherings of up to 25 guests or as a dedicated dressing suite.
