Out By The Sea Bed & Breakfast is a five-room property in Crystal Beach, Texas, purpose-built as a bed and breakfast, with two rooms in the main house and three additional rooms on the grounds. Each room has its own private bath, satellite TV, privacy window shutters, and a refrigerator, and the property includes an elevator for handicap accessibility. Guests are served breakfast each morning between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m., either in the main home or on the decks overlooking the gulf, and the property sits within a two-minute walk of Crystal Beach. Owner Carole Hamadey and the team have assisted with many wedding ceremonies on-site, and the property specializes in small, intimate weddings of 30 guests and under. Couples can marry at sunset on the beach or in the property's tropical gardens, exchanging vows beneath a wooden archway that's decorated and transported to the shore for the occasion. A honeymoon suite is available for the wedding couple, featuring a heart-shaped jacuzzi, a private deck overlooking the gulf, and in-room breakfast on request. The property's wedding package includes the ceremony, two nights in the honeymoon suite, and a small reception.

The outdoor areas are well-lit to guide you to each area. We provide transportation to and from the hotel on Nantucket, as well as golf cart carriages from the parking areas to the event areas. The Anchor package offers usage of twenty-one beautifully groomed acres, as well as the main house's pier, porte-cochère, porches, and terrace. The Kemp Center for the Arts occupies a restored 1917 building in Wichita Falls, Texas that first opened its doors in 1918 as a public library, a birthday gift from Joseph Kemp to his wife Flora. After the building fell into disuse, the City of Wichita Falls leased it to the Arts Council Wichita Falls in 1998, which carried out an extensive renovation and reopened it in 2002 as the Kemp Center for the Arts. Today the historic venue serves as a hub for the Arts Council, the Wichita Falls Symphony, and the Youth Symphony, alongside two professional gallery spaces, art classrooms, and an outdoor Sculpture Garden. Its Great Hall, a ballroom accommodating 40 to 200 guests, is suited to luncheons, business meetings, showers, and wedding ceremonies and receptions, while the Sculpture Garden offers an outdoor setting for garden parties, receptions, and ceremonies. The center also hosts art-themed birthday party rentals through its Creative Celebrations program.
