Market at the Mill is a multi-building complex centered on a central courtyard with open areas and patios for vendors and customers. The original layout and style of the historic Dansby Feed Mills business, which has been a landmark in downtown Clifton since the early 1930's, is closely replicated in the design of the new buildings. Market at the Mill is the ideal location for a wedding, reception, special event, corporate party, or family reunion because the materials from the original structures were salvaged and repurposed in the new buildings to capture the nostalgia of the location. It also has a retail space, which offers customers a fun and unique shopping experience in addition to the event space. It had been a landmark in downtown Clifton for many years when the Dansby Feed Mills closed its doors. Andy and Lisa Horn purchased the property and restored it to its former glory, making it a unique addition to the Clifton experience for visitors. Construction of the buildings was completed using only the carefully salvaged interior and exterior materials from the original structures. The layout of the buildings, as well as their elevations and styles, were preserved in their original form. Besides providing an exceptional shopping experience, the main building and the other two buildings can be rented out for special events to create a one-of-a-kind event venue. An expansive courtyard and covered pavilion are also available for guests to enjoy a beverage while sampling food from popular mobile food trucks. Live music will be performed both indoors and outdoors, and will be scheduled on a regular basis throughout the year.

Lillian Farms Country Estate sits on 230 acres of rolling hills in Texas's Bluebonnet Country, on land that was once a cotton plantation, between Houston and Austin near Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park and the towns of Chappell Hill and Brenham. The Estate House combines the architecture of a Victorian-style mansion with modern comforts, offering five traditional bed & breakfast guest rooms, each with a private en suite bath and a full breakfast served every morning in the main dining room. For more privacy, the property's self-catering cottages sit near the edge of its woods; seven have private hot tubs, and all include full kitchens and grills. The grounds include a 14-acre stocked fishing lake with a pier and fountain, fire pits, and a resident population of miniature ponies, donkeys, deer, and other wildlife. Capital Cruises has operated on Lady Bird Lake in Austin since 1991, docking at the Hyatt Regency on Barton Springs Road. Its fleet ranges from the flagship M.V. Pride and Joy II, a 75-foot double-decked yacht with a climate-controlled lower deck, down to intimate electric Myachts and self-driven Donut Boats, giving planners a boat sized to nearly any group. Cruises take in views of the downtown Austin skyline, Zilker Park, limestone bluffs, and the Congress Avenue Bridge bats, and the company's private charters are built around that scenery for weddings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and corporate outings. The Gatehouse Pavilion is one of the event spaces at Old Glory Ranch, a Texas Hill Country property along the Blanco River in Wimberley that has hosted weddings and events since 1997. Built for the do-it-yourself bride, the Pavilion suits smaller and more casual gatherings — wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, and private parties for guest counts of 100 or fewer, at a more budget-conscious scale than the ranch's larger facilities. The approximately 36-by-60-foot space is outfitted with 10 handcrafted cedar tables and benches, a small kitchenette, two powder rooms, and a sitting/dressing room, along with a stereo system and wireless microphone for toasts and announcements. A large hand-laid stone fireplace with stained glass sidelights anchors the room. Outside of event hours, the Pavilion can also serve as a green room for performers or a childcare space during larger events elsewhere on the property. Old Glory Ranch has been owned by Suzanne and Charles McCord since 1984, and its event business grew from a single 1997 wedding into a full-service venue spanning more than 2,200 acres, with nearly two miles of Blanco River waterfront running through the property.

The Cross Timbers Winery is housed in the historic Brock Family farm home, which has been restored. It was built in 1874 by Dr. Dorris, who had relocated to the Grapevine Prairie from Starkville, Mississippi at the time of its construction. Grapevine's oldest structure has been acknowledged as one of the city's five oldest structures, and it has been restored to its original design and spirit by its current owners.

The Neill-Cochran House Museum is an 1856 Greek Revival mansion built by local builder Abner Cook, standing as one of Austin's oldest residences. Owned and operated by the National Society of the Colonial Dames of America in Texas since 1958, the museum preserves more than a century of Austin history — from its years as a school for the Blind and a Civil War-era hospital to four generations of the Cochran family's residence — and is home to the only intact slave quarters still standing in the city. The Rose Chapel includes an Indoor Chapel and Outdoor Courtyard in the wedding venue. A full-service wedding venue ready to host your perfect day! A Brief History of the Rose Chapel and Southside Preservation Hall The former Central Methodist Church, built in 1911 at 1519 Lipscomb St., was formerly the spiritual home of many notable Fort Worth families around the turn of the century. The building has been threatened with demolition multiple times since the congregation relocated in 1969. The Panther Boys Club, a civic organization, purchased the facility in 1972 and transformed the church facilities into a gymnasium, boxing ring, and adolescent dance area. The chapel was not in use at the time. The property was then spared from demolition by the Southside Preservation Association, which was founded in 1996 by a determined group of preservationists. The Association, which is run entirely by volunteers and is a non profit organization, works to repair the facility's buildings and grounds, winning multiple community honors in the process. The magnificent, restored Rose Chapel, named after the Flower of Love, is always booked. The Southside Preservation Hall's adjoining rooms accommodate a diverse range of events, from corporate parties and wedding receptions to dances, classes, and performances that reflect the metroplex's diversity. The proceeds from these activities will go toward the property's continuing restoration and care in order to maintain its legacy.
