Nestled on 120 acres of preserved farmland in New York's upper Hudson River Valley, Historic Barns of Nipmoose is a restored agricultural compound built around three timber-framed barns — the Scottish Barn, the German Barn, and the Corn Crib. The property, owned by The Persistence Foundation, takes its name from Nipmoose Creek, which runs along the farm's border, and is managed as working conservation land cultivated by a local farm family. The Scottish Barn spans 1,800 square feet and accommodates up to 180 seated or 230 standing guests; the German Barn, at 1,380 square feet, seats up to 106 or holds 150 for a cocktail reception. Both barns are handicap accessible and fitted with event lighting. The German Barn also features a lower-level private dressing suite. The Corn Crib serves as a decorative focal point for memorabilia displays, photo booths, and guest book stations. Outdoor ceremony space is included in every rental, with the Aspen grove near the Corn Crib among the most popular locations on the grounds. The Grill Room can seat up to 75 people for a sit-down dinner and up to 90 people for standing celebrations. The Grill Room can accommodate up to 25 people at one table for an intimate wine meal. Wedding ceremonies, talks, and receptions for up to 75 people are held in the Tennyson Room. It can also accommodate dinner parties of up to 40 people. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 100 guests for wedding receptions, meetings, lectures, and seated lunches. Wedding receptions, cocktail receptions, concerts and talks, as well as seated lunches for up to 50 guests, are all possible at the Library. The Wedgewood Suite is reserved for smaller, more intimate occasions. The Wedgwood Suite consists of the formal 17' x 22' Wedgwood Parlor, which can accommodate up to 20 people for drinks, and the beautiful 18' x 24' Wedgwood Dining Room, which can accommodate up to 30 people for supper. The Directors' Room, located across from the Wedgwood Suite, can seat 30 people for business meetings and 16 people for lunch and dinner. Castle on the Delaware occupies a restored 1896 Armory in Walton, New York — a building designed by Isaac Perry, the principal architect of the New York State Capitol. Originally constructed to house the Thirty-Third Separate Company, the Armory stood for more than a century before reopening as Castle on the Delaware in November 2013. Chef and owner Mustafa Sav, a native of Istanbul trained at the Klessheim International Hotel and Restaurant Management School in Salzburg, transformed the historic structure into a restaurant and event destination. His vision — rooted in both his culinary background and a long personal connection to Walton — brought new life to one of the region's most architecturally significant buildings. The main floor accommodates up to 620 guests and is available for private events including weddings, conferences, proms, and celebrations of all kinds. Zugibe Vineyards is a family-owned winery set on the northeastern shore of Seneca Lake in Geneva, New York, where the vineyard's hillside overlooks the water and the surrounding grounds. The Zugibe family planted their first vines in 2005 on some of the region's most premium soil, expanding to forty acres and eleven grape varieties that today include Riesling, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Grüner Veltliner. The tasting room opened in 2009 and is anchored by a distinctive black walnut bar crafted from wood harvested on the property. A multi-generational operation led by winemaker Frederick T. Zugibe III and vineyard manager Sean Zugibe, the winery has built its "Wine With A View" identity around the sweeping sunset views for which it is known. For weddings and private events, the vineyard offers an open white tent that seats up to 150 guests, set among farm tables, bistro lights, and views across the vineyard to Seneca Lake.
