Meeting Space on the Skyline Rooftop The Roof Top Garden Meeting Room, with its big external windows that let in plenty of natural light, provides participants with a calm and private alternative meeting area for small groups and parties. The Colonnade Club occupies Pavilion VII on the Lawn at the University of Virginia, the oldest building in Thomas Jefferson's Academical Village, whose cornerstone was laid in 1817 in a ceremony attended by Presidents Jefferson, Madison, and Monroe. The Academical Village is recognized on the UNESCO World Heritage List for its international cultural significance. Founded in 1907 by forty-two UVA faculty members to foster social, cultural, and intellectual exchange, the Club has grown to more than 1,000 members drawn from faculty, staff, alumni, and university supporters. Its event spaces range from small meeting rooms accommodating 8 to 12 people to larger gathering spaces that can host between 20 and 165 guests, suited to weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, birthdays, retirement parties, seminars, and panels. The Solarium opens onto the Pavilion VII Garden, while the Front Parlor overlooks the Lawn itself. Beyond its event spaces, the Colonnade Club offers eight hotel rooms for overnight stays and a coffee lounge with complimentary beverages and snacks for members and guests.

The Keystone Ballroom, one of the Lehigh Valley's most modern event spaces, pairs a custom American cuisine menu prepared by the venue's executive chef with an elegant setting for dinner and dancing. No matter the theme of your event, The Barn will stand out thanks to our selection of timeless, high-quality design components. We both build and grow locally. We hand-selected every board of poplar, white oak, and cedar for our barn and purchased it all from family-run businesses in nearby counties. Handmade farmhouse tables can be seen in the barn. Every table was handmade by Farmer Dan, who also created a unique organic grey-wash stain to give them their stunning color. There has been no detail omitted. Terra Mia Ristorante Italiano has been bringing genuine Italian cooking to the Livermore Valley since 2006. Located at 4040 East Avenue in Livermore, California, the restaurant draws on the traditions of Italian home cooking — simple, honest recipes using fresh, sustainable ingredients and pasta made in-house. Three private banquet rooms accommodate a range of gatherings. The Barolo Room seats up to 50 guests, the Chianti Room offers space for up to 60 in a secluded setting behind the bar, and the Main Room — the largest of the three — accommodates up to 120 seated guests. An outdoor patio rounds out the venue's options. Events can be scheduled for lunch, afternoon, or dinner service.
