The Biltmore Hotel, which opened its doors in 1924 and served as the center of Atlanta's business and social life for over sixty years. This magnificent landmark was created by the architecture company Shultze and Weaver, which is also responsible for such iconic hotels as The Breakers in Palm Beach, the Waldorf-Astoria in New York, The Pierre, and The Sherry Netherland in Amsterdam. It was formerly referred to as "The South's Supreme Hotel," but the Biltmore was forced to lock its doors in 1982 after a change in ownership and several years of continuous deterioration. When The Biltmore underwent a complete makeover in 1999, it was the result of sixteen years of neglect and abandonment. The result was a combination of Class A office space and retail space, as well as a unique event area. Froggy's French Café has been a beloved fixture on Chicago's North Shore since 1980, when founders Gregg Mason and Chef Thierry Lefeuvre opened its doors in Highwood, Illinois. Now in its fifth decade and maintained in partnership with Bill and Sheri Cartwright, the restaurant has built a reputation for seasonal French cuisine prepared with fresh, distinctive ingredients — earning recognition from Zagat and Wine Spectator along the way. For private events, Froggy's offers three dedicated spaces. The Greenhouse Bar accommodates up to 25 guests and is available Saturdays for lunch and Sundays for events, set beneath warm lights and lush greenery. The Wine Cellar holds up to 50 and is accessible daily with customizable layouts suited to seated dinners and intimate receptions. The Dining Room seats up to 80 and is available Sundays for lunch or dinner and Saturdays for lunch events. The Gladys L. Lemmons Senior Community Center is a City of Oakdale facility located at 450 E A Street in Oakdale, California. The center serves seniors 55 and older, offering free or low-cost programs including leisure activities, educational opportunities, fitness classes, art instruction, nutritional lunch, and social events. Available for weekend rentals, the center accommodates up to 150 guests for dining events and up to 200 for assembly-style gatherings. Rentals are reserved for senior events and activities — such as celebration of life ceremonies and senior birthday parties — and are coordinated through the City of Oakdale Recreation Office at (209) 845-3571. The center publishes a monthly newsletter and operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for its regular senior programming.

Built adjacent to Gillespie County Airport in Fredericksburg, Texas, the Hangar Hotel & Conference Center is a boutique, adults-only hotel modeled on a WWII-era military hangar, with a design inspired by hangars at Brooks Air Force Base in San Antonio. Its fifty guest rooms carry the period theme throughout, furnished with leather chairs, mahogany sleigh beds with rattan inserts, and vintage-style hex-tile bathrooms. The property's Airport Conference Center offers nearly 8,000 square feet of air-conditioned space, plus two smaller rooms, Quonset Hut A and Quonset Hut B, for breakout meetings. The Pavilion at Black Water Junction is a family-owned wedding venue set on a 75-acre horse and cattle farm in Union Hall, Virginia, in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Smith Mountain Lake. The farm takes its name from the Blackwater channel that runs along the property, and its rolling pastures open onto views of Jack's Mountain. The venue's open-air pavilion, built by the owners from reclaimed wood, doors, and stained glass gathered from old family buildings, hosts up to 200 guests. Stamped concrete flooring flows from inside the pavilion into a large outdoor dance floor, and a vine-covered arbor overlooking the farm's pastures and pond serves as a ceremony backdrop. Couples are free to bring in their own choice of vendors and decor to shape the day. Rentals include tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, cocktail and food tables, a bar built from a reclaimed door, and use of the grounds' landscaped surroundings and pond. Nantucket, located in Longview, Texas, is a place where you can make your dreams come true. Nantucket is a private party venue that can accommodate weddings, corporate events, baby showers, and family gatherings. Nantucket is located on 22 acres of family-owned land in East Texas and features beautiful landscaping with views of a beautiful lake, grassy turf, outdoor walkways, and an outdoor pavillion. The outdoor areas are well-lit to guide you to each area. We provide transportation to and from the hotel on Nantucket, as well as golf cart carriages from the parking areas to the event areas.
