The Pinch District preserves a concentration of late nineteenth- and early twentieth-century buildings that once housed the city's early commercial and residential life, giving the venue a backdrop with genuine history rather than a manufactured one. Each space includes its own separate bar area and can accommodate ceremony, cocktail, or seated reception formats, allowing couples to host a ceremony and reception in the same building without changing venues. Every rental includes tables, black folding chairs, white linens, setup and breakdown, cleanup, a doorman, and free parking across three on-site lots. The venue also provides full in-house catering and bar service, with customizable menus built to accommodate dietary restrictions.
